Wow! What a pleasant surprise it was dealing with My'Lady of Crystal Lake, IL.. So many times, when I've walked into a dealership, it was always pressure, but not here. Brandon, Wayne G., and the Finance Manager, Tom, went above and beyond to get me into my new car. I went to the dealership to lease a new car and asked the sales consultant to show me cars that I seen on the internet site between 21,000.00 and 23,000.00 for a Nissan Juke S the cheapest model with not a l sales consultant to show me cars that I seen on the internet site between 21,000.00 and 23,000.00 for a Nissan Juke S the cheapest model with not a lot of new fangled buttons just a basic car. I was showed one and sticker price was 22,160.00 and test drove it. Loved the car!!! I never leased a car before and asked the sales consultant "How does leasing work". He explained it that I'll be leasing a portion of the price and if I want to purchase it at the end I'll still have to pay on what is left on the car. I was thinking ok, that sounds reasonable since it showed on the website 2000.00 down payment and monthly payments of 300.00. I was asked what I was willing to put down above my trade in and what I felt was comfortable with monthly payments. He came back with an additional down payment and more than I wanted to pay per month but I spent over two hours their and I wanted the car. I agreed to the terms and waited another hour and a half before I made it to finance. In finance, We went over the documents and was then told I would have to come up with the first months payment today. I told him I was not informed of this plus the additional down payment now I have to put some on my credit card instead of the money I saved up (bummer). I wished the sales consultant would have mentioned it. Now, as I look over the price of the car it was 10,000.00 over the sticker price and the down payment and monthly payments where figured out by this price of 33,000.00 plus tax and plates. I asked is this done by some weird calculation because I stilled owed money on my trade in. He said I agreed the car was valued at this price through the sales consultant. I thought the value of the car was the sticker price but I can only blame myself for this mistake. I should have come to the dealership more informed about leasing vs buying a car because I was dumb to think the sales consultant knew how to explain the process giving the pros and cons. I recommend to have the leasing app on a phone that calculate price, payments, down payment and if this is a poor, average or excellent lease. I already signed a paper stating that I agreed to the lease and since I did love the car I'll be making the payments on it but I have learned my lesson. In three years I'll return my car and go straight to another dealership to shop for my next car more informed about the whole process. More
Loved the sales staff and the honest approach to selling cars. Was the first dealership we went to in Crystal Lake and didnt need to go further. We went in looking for a new car just to see what was available and had such a great experience and was offered such a great value for the car we were looking at, we ended up leaving with a 2014 Altima! available and had such a great experience and was offered such a great value for the car we were looking at, we ended up leaving with a 2014 Altima! Called in and coordinated my 2011 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T to be winter serviced (oil change & new tires) on an upcoming Saturday. The Hyundai dealership quoted me a a large sum of money for a new set of Korean be winter serviced (oil change & new tires) on an upcoming Saturday. The Hyundai dealership quoted me a a large sum of money for a new set of Korean (stock) tires. I spoke with Joe Di Bella and he personally emailed me four different tire options that would be a dramatic upgrade as compared to the stock tires - and at the same time would be overall cheaper than the Hyundai quote I received earlier. Joe helped me discern the difference between the tire options and and explained which set would look great and get me through the winter weather. We set the date and brought it in. Discovered that a four way break job was required - Joe took care of it all including a four wheel alignment. No issues to note. Facility was bright, clean and easily accessible. I picked up my car during a heavy rainstorm. My vehicle was inside the service drive through and I must admit it was cleaner (inside & outside) vs. when I initially brought it in. Payment was a breeze - well explained and no pressure to do all of the other recommendations. Overall: great location, newly remodeled facility, clean, good service, competitive pricing, and Joe DiBella took care of it all in very easy to deal with and calm demeanor. I would go back with my Hyundai again and next time, I will bring my Honda Odyssey. More
