Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They worked hard with me to get me the best price possible. I drove away in a beautiful new Nissan and I couldn't be happier! The next day, they even called back hard with me to get me the best price possible. I drove away in a beautiful new Nissan and I couldn't be happier! The next day, they even called back and let me know that I qualified for an even lower price! More
I was in a tough situation and in the dealership many times. They were all patient and worked with me until we reached a successful conclusion! All the staff was helpful and friendly. I was in touch w times. They were all patient and worked with me until we reached a successful conclusion! All the staff was helpful and friendly. I was in touch with Taso many times by phone and he always responded promptly. We experienced many different scenarios while I was there, buying used, leasing or buying new and we kept experimenting until we found the right fit. Taso was very knowledgeable on the different possibilities that we worked with and his attitude was very professional. More
On January I went to buy a car and I was treated fairly nicely by the salesman and it was a great experience until a few weeks later I found out that the financial dept had ripped me off for 145 dollars fo nicely by the salesman and it was a great experience until a few weeks later I found out that the financial dept had ripped me off for 145 dollars for not taking the trade in car title 2 days after I purchased the car. This little piece of info was not given to me and they took advantage. I would advice people to ask for any hidden fees that they might charge you within the week.Beware of the title dept that lady is unprofessional and disrespectful More
I spoke with Eddie Coleville about purchasing a 2013 Nissan Altima. He checked his inventory and advised me they had what I was looking for. My four year old daughter and I drove down from Milwaukee an Nissan Altima. He checked his inventory and advised me they had what I was looking for. My four year old daughter and I drove down from Milwaukee and negotiated the purchase. The Altimas they had in inventory were equipped with the a navigation package upgrade that I was not looking for and it raised the price of the vehicle by $1000 that I was not willing to pay. Ultimately Eddie and I negotiated a price we both felt great about. The overall experience was great. My daughter had a great time with many of the other employees and in the kids play room. I will gladly drive from Milwaukee when it is time to purchase our next Nissan. J More
We read reviews on other sites regarding trickery and dishonest sales practices, but unfortunately we wanted a Nissan Rogue and M'lady was convenient. Thought if we went in clear headed and educated we c dishonest sales practices, but unfortunately we wanted a Nissan Rogue and M'lady was convenient. Thought if we went in clear headed and educated we could get the car we wanted without being screwed...not the case. Web site listed a 2014 Rogue at one price but we were later to find out that you only get that price if you are a recent grad, in the military and are trading in a Nissan yet no where does the website say that, even the sales rep could show us where it says that, he just said you are not going to get the car for that - no one ever does. They promised 3.9% financing but came back at the last minute with 3.99%. We questioned the VIN etching at $299 and was told it was the law only later to read online that it can indeed be refused and can be done for $25. Finance manager told us the extended warranty was $772 but the paper work we brought home lists it as $1,807. When going over the extended warranty with the finance manager I was writing down the numbers on one of the sheets of paper that mysteriously disappeared (because the numbers we were given would not have matched what we were ultimately charged). Jim M'Lady is very sneaky, they make themselves seem generous with free car washes and oil changes, but don't be fooled. If you want a Nissan go elsewhere! We learned the hard way. More
On Saturday, Feb. 15, we went to M’Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake Illinois to potentially trade in our vehicle for a new Rogue. We had bought a vehicle from M’Lady about a year and a half earlier and h Crystal Lake Illinois to potentially trade in our vehicle for a new Rogue. We had bought a vehicle from M’Lady about a year and a half earlier and had a good experience. Mike was our salesman and by the end of the day we bought 2 Rogues. One for my son and one for the family. We feel we were treated fairly and would recommend M’Lady Nissan to anyone. Steve Sanders – Woodstock, IL More
After purchasing our last car from m lady nissan, we just went into the dealer to look at a new car after an internet inquiry. I went in and was greeted by Brian. I told him about the altima I had seen onli went into the dealer to look at a new car after an internet inquiry. I went in and was greeted by Brian. I told him about the altima I had seen online. with no pressure he got some info from me and I took the car for a spin. Then I decided to have him give me some rough numbers on my trade in value and payments of the new car. After a little bit of crunching numbers Brian was able to offer us a great deal on the altima with a really good interest rate. Once we decided to purchase the car the process went very smoothly. In the end we walked out with a new car that met our terms and were very pleased with our experience, and would definitely recommend Them if your in the market for a new car. I know we will be back in the future. Good work guys keep it up. Shawn S More
