Juke Lover Just purchased my first Juke from M'Lady Nissan. I had looked at them back in January and thought I wanted the Nismo. However, my fabulous salesman, Richard, showed my husband and I different versions and colors and let us take one for a spin. He didn't have to sell me, I fell completely in love with a little Bordeaux Black Juke and made up my mind that we were meant for each other. The buying process was quick and painless, everyone at the dealership was great to work with and I have never left a car deal on such a cloud. My first experience at M’Lady Nissan was not the best. I decided to give them a second chance with an internet quote. M’Lady followed up the quote with a phone call. Within 5-10 minutes, my phone rang again and it was Scott M’Lady. We talked about what happened. He told me to give him a call when I was ready. He said that he would personally take care of me. He did just that. He took care of everything with no back and forth. It ended up being a good experience after all. I love my Murano. More

I just purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima from M'Lady Nissan. When I got there I was greeted by Scott and he asked me the reason for my visit and I told him I had a few questions about the Altima and jus Nissan. I never felt pressured once to make a purchase. He understood that I had a budget I was working with and he did everything he could to make sure I got what I wanted within that budget. Bryan helped me pick a financing package that would work for me. He did a great job explaining the different packages and helped me pick the one that was best suited for me. I couldn't be happier!
