Spoke down to me despite knowing I had a right to be upset given the circumstances and even said I was not acting like a human being and I could return when the machine worked again and immediately hung up on me. The car buying experience was not bad but this individuals inability to diffuse the situation and maintain his temper completely changes my perception of what to expect from this dealership now. More
Overjoyed and an awesome experience. When I arrived to M'Lady Nissan I wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle for the simple fact that I went through a car loan with an interest rate of 18.9%. When I arrived to M'Lady Nissan I wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle for the simple fact that I went through a car loan with an interest rate of 18.9%. I was referred to Mr. Eddie Colville and he gave exceptional customer service. He worked with me to obtain the lowest interest rate through Nissan. He came back with 10% APR and I was delighted. He knew that the interest rate would help me and my family with our financial needs. Then I was introduced to Mr. Ryan Hummel to finalize the paperwork and before I knew it the interest rate went down to 7.9% APR. This was a phenomenal experience to walk out with a great interest rate, plus the vehicle I wanted. This team is all about helping and making sure you are totally happy with no regrets. I would definitely recommend family and friends to M'Lady Nissan. More
2015 New No Smell 0K Miles vs 2011 Used with Smell 60K Miles I went to go buy a used car and it had a strong interior smell that was covered with a deodorizer. The cost of the new car vs used was only 4K difference Eddie Colville got us in and out in just a few hours with a brand new car. The experience was exceptional, I appreciate the time he gave to us. My wife was happy with a new car vs a used, from a piece of mind and smell perspective. The dealerships customer service is done exceptionally well with lifetime free car washes and 7 free oil changes and this even led me to buy the extended warranty for a nominal fee giving me 7 years of coverage + roadside assitance, important for teenage drivers, who don't know how to change a tire. The experience was worth my time and I will most likely go there again. More
Please don't go here ! I was so unfortunate to find this dealer in Crystal Lake. I call it Karma, as I had to drive 10-11 miles to go. I wasn't sure why I brought two cars in the same week from this dealer. My second car was an used one. They created a scene that they are taking my old car for $2000, but I didn't realize the car that I purchased price was increased. The listing price was 10995 but the sales person used 11995 to close the deal. Without realizing the trap, I was so fooled by their so friendly stupid words. When I asked the sales guys for the price difference, he told me that $985 for used car reconditioning. Well, that should be part of the car price isn't it? I just did not understand why? .. Well, I appreciate the sales person skills in making you feel special at the same ripping you apart!! More
Front License Plate?!? My family and I just moved here from Michigan. I had just went to get my new Illinois license plate, DL, registration, etc., and to my surprise, there My family and I just moved here from Michigan. I had just went to get my new Illinois license plate, DL, registration, etc., and to my surprise, there were 2 plates in the shrink wrap. Was this an mistake?!? Nope it was not. So, I had no place to put the front plate on my 2002 Nissan Sentra GXE (yes, a 2002!). But I did have the plate holder & screws in my trunk. I called M'lady the following day, and Peter & Colin not only sympathized with me, they told me to come in & they'll fix me right up! And thanks to Bryant, the mechanic, who took care of me in 2 minutes flat! Thank you so much guys! More

My daughter, wife, and I were the last costumers so I felt rushed and just trusted them with the documents. We'll I guess that was a $399 + tax mistake!!!
