If I could the Rio Rancho location a BIG fat goose egg it would still be to much. I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 5 years with them and I wanted to purchase a specific one at the Rio Rancho location it would still be to much. I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 5 years with them and I wanted to purchase a specific one at the Rio Rancho location the female salesperson could not get the deal done called the Coors office and the GM seemed to be helpful but in a matter of a 2 weeks time spanned the female salesperson kept changing the details of the deal everytime we spoke and I was set with my current lender to get the new vehicle financed through them. The dealership ran my credit so many times the inquires made my score drop. Granted it wasn’t a great credit score but I got spot more done with them in my past purchases with them with less. No one seemed to care about the fact of keeping a repeat regular customer coming back they have lost my business for the future and I would never recommend their Rio Rancho location. For a manager from another location was willing to call you and the one from the location never returned my call to me showed their lack of professionalism and respect for repeat customers. What a shame that they don’t care. More
Osvaldo Enríquez, the GM, gave us a deal by phone and went back on his word by blaming the bank. These car salesman just need to be honest and say they don’t care about their customers and want their co went back on his word by blaming the bank. I recently purchased an F150 through Chris Thomas. Chris was great, he is very thorough and his quick follow up and follow through is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend M&F auto sales. Chris was great, he did a lot of side research on the car I was looking at (2021 type r Honda civic). He was very helpful, answered all questions / concerns that I had. Although we did not conclude with the I was looking at (2021 type r Honda civic). He was very helpful, answered all questions / concerns that I had. Although we did not conclude with the sale I appreciate his honesty and integrity. However, I will say regarding the dealership as a whole, they have many beautiful cars (like the one I looked at) but some have after market parts on them. All I will say is if you are a car person looking for a modified vehicle then yes they are great however if you do not have knowledge on these type of vehicles just be aware of the possible expense and liability of the car. Again, Chris was awesome, if going to this dealership I would highly recommend this gentleman. More
We bought a vehicle on a Friday, by Monday the mirrors and windows would not roll down. We called all that week, did not hear back. Finally drove over to get someone to see our vehicle, as they claim it i and windows would not roll down. We called all that week, did not hear back. Finally drove over to get someone to see our vehicle, as they claim it is covered under their "Warranty". They said we had to call for service, and no one was there at the time. We called later, set up appt for our vehicle (3 weeks later) to be seen at 9am(the earliest appt). Staff strolled in after 9, no one from service until closer to 9:45. Then they had our vehicle for 2 days, with no communication about what was happening or not. We called the coors location, no one could find our vehicle, they transferred us to academy location, no one knew anything about what was supposed to be done. We drove over there, spoke with a "manager", because anytime you come across someone they claim to be a manager, and he promised up and down that they would have an answer by end of day. We waited in the lobby for the answer. When they determined they would need to order a part they let us take our truck back and said they would call when the part was in to make appt. Again, more than 2 weeks pass and no call. We drive over again, they said oh it's here, let's make an appt. Again, we arrange schedules and transportation (they do not help with a loaner) and we take it to them. They have the truck over a day, no call. We call them and they said the part was the wrong one and they have to re-order. It has now been 2 weeks and we still have windows and mirrors that do not work. Called back today and they said there is no part and no tracking for it so they will have to look into it and call back. We drove over there, they gave more excuses and run around that the dealership they ordered from could not overnight, so they changed to a different place and it "should be in today". They offered to put it in today, when it comes in. All of this, we have had to call each time, get no help and then proceed to drive to their location. Also today, we took the vehicle for an oil change and the mechanic did a full inspection. The oil filter was so dirty, there is no way that it was changed when we purchased the truck 2 months ago. Absolutely terrible customer service, no communication, poor vehicle inspection, etc. We will never buy from them again and we will be sure to warn anyone and everyone we know. More
When I think of the Old School Sleazy Sales Lot, M&F Auto Sales on Coors and I40 reminds me of that. I'm not sure how these guys sell anything. Their vehicles are $3k to $9k over fair asking prices and the Sales on Coors and I40 reminds me of that. I'm not sure how these guys sell anything. Their vehicles are $3k to $9k over fair asking prices and the vehicles that are reasonably priced have serious issues. And I must mention the incompetence of the Managment and Sales team specifically Josh Jordan and Tyler Waller. The lack of professionalism is disturbing when they are "trying" to help customers with what I would say are major life purchases. Please don't waste your time or hard earned money with this place. I would recommend if you are making a vehicle purchase here to do your homework and see for yourself that the sign on the building ("We let our prices to the talking") is an outright LIE! Hope this review helps someone from making a bad decision. More

Jude is a very good salesman to work with and I felt bad for all the time he spent with me just to have the general manager(Lyr.c) xxxx all over what Jude and I had been working on. The GM couldn't give two for all the time he spent with me just to have the general manager(Lyr.c) xxxx all over what Jude and I had been working on. The GM couldn't give two xxxxs because I wouldn't bow down and seemed like a hassle to even ask him a question. Jude and I got to a point of almost getting my offer to the manager and just needed to get a price on my trade in. Just so happened the same general manager appraised my vehicle and gave me the lowest offer I had received out of 3 other dealerships and an appraisal from CarMax, he was lower than CarMax, can you believe that?? He obviously did not want my business and just wanted me out of there. Jude would be able to be an outstanding salesman if he didn't have such xxxxty management ruining his deals. Good luck Jude, you'll need it working there. More

I was interested in a Smart Fortwo and contacted this dealership and was told it had a pending sale. I was told I would be contacted if it fell through. After 10 days, I still saw it was available so I c dealership and was told it had a pending sale. I was told I would be contacted if it fell through. After 10 days, I still saw it was available so I contacted them to find out that it was again for sale but they just failed to contact me. Anyway, I dealt with a salesman, Jude (who was actually kind of nice) and the sales manager, Harlan, who is nothing short of rude and insulting. My review is to warn potential customers that: 1. They have a $349 dealership fee that is not listed in ads or anywhere on their website. Harlan feels that they do not need to list this fee anywhere and it is up to the customer to find it on the buyer’s order; and 2. They failed to tell me (before running my credit) that if I were to put a deposit down on this car, it is non-refundable. Harlan told me he didn’t feel he needed to “state the obvious.” I have purchased many, many cars in my lifetime and I have never dealt with a dealership that does not give back a deposit or a sales manager who acted like this. UPDATE: The owners of the dealership, Lydia and Michael, got involved in trying to rectify the situation. Long story short, they reduced the car by $330 after learning about the above. They were very nice and apologetic which I appreciated. I asked for detailed photos before moving ahead with the purchase (as I am out-of-state) and they did in fact send detailed photos. When I initially inquired about this car, the sales manager and salesman told me the car was in “like-new” condition. The car had no less than 15 or so paint chips and scratches. It was also missing the tow hook cover and they told me to buy it myself as it was only $12. The headlight was all foggy. A replacement headlight is over $250. The driver’s door looked like someone repeatedly bashed it against things. They tried to tell me damage in the car was consistent with the age of the vehicle. I wholeheartedly disagree. I have a 2013 Mini Cooper JCW with two very small rock chips, but then again, I take care of my vehicles. So after seeing these photos I asked if they would reduce the car further to allow for repair. They refused. Think twice before purchasing from this dealership. More
