Wow! Were are so pleased with our purchase experience as well as subsequent service at M&F. Could not have been a better deal! And the service department is tops! The owner keeps his promises. I purchased a truck in March 2020 with new tires on it, 6000 miles later the new tires they put on went bad. I did not buy the tire warranty and asked for assistance to just switch out the tires and I will 6000 miles later the new tires they put on went bad. I did not buy the tire warranty and asked for assistance to just switch out the tires and I will pay the difference after the prorate of the other tires as the tires are dangerous to drive on. Well M & F Auto said it took 2 weeks for them to get the tires in and would be another 2 weeks to schedule to have them put on, so much for my safety and customer service, I will be not going back there and do not recommend them to anyone either! More

(Relatively) quick and easy Test drove a car they had just reduced the price on to below book value, and jumped on it because others were looking at it too; Ed was not pushy at a Test drove a car they had just reduced the price on to below book value, and jumped on it because others were looking at it too; Ed was not pushy at all. The paperwork/processing took a long time, but I left a couple hours later, and Ed was nice enough to deliver the car to me the next day all the way across town. I will definitely consider M & F again next time I need to purchase a vehicle. More

My daughter just bought her a beautiful mercedes today and our salesman Lenny was really helpful and made us feel comfortable by answering any and all questions and addressing concerns that we had. Our experience with Lenny was excellent. We didnt feel pressured, he understood what we were interested in buying and what price range we could afford. MandF carry many nice cars and i recommend this car dealership not just for their excellent prices but for their trustworthiness. Go see Lenny at the Coors location so he can get you into a nice car. Wow! A+ Incredibly friendly, patient and kind. Went in after doing a lot of research. Feared the worst with my credit but they were able to match a Capitol On Incredibly friendly, patient and kind. This last time Lenny went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a Honda Pilot with 3rd row seating the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I send all my friends and family to this location and have received similar experiences.
