Mark Baker is a fantastic sales person who completely puts you at ease and will change all the negative thoughts you might have about car sales people.  He has a no pressure way of allowing you to choose puts you at ease and will change all the negative thoughts you might have about car sales people.  He has a no pressure way of allowing you to choose your car, doesn't rush you and takes time to very patiently answer all of your questions.  I just finished leasing my 5th Honda Pilot from Mark and had another fantastic experience.  I feel the same way as I did before in my previous review. Mark seemed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of Honda details as he helped me to set up all the electronics in my car and answered all of my questions with patience.  I'm very picky and was concerned that everything was just right, so Mark helped me to walk around my new car inspect it.  He made sure I was happy with my new vehicle and that everything was up to my high standards. He also got me a great price on the trade for my old car.  Mark's excellent customer service doesn't end after you drive your car away, he called me later to make sure everything was okay and to see if I had any questions.  As I could see from a large notebook of compliments and cards from other happy customers, Mark is a great salesperson, experienced and honest.  I'm very happy with my entire experience at Lynnwood Honda, and we'll go back again as well as recommend Mark to my friends and family.  If you need a new or used car, and are tired of dealing with high pressure sales people and tricks at the front or back end of your car deal, go see Mark at Lynnwood Honda! I went to buy a new car an dont like pushy people so I didnt really want to go look around. Matthew wasnt pushy he was super nice an was like if you have any questions let me know. Mark setup our Apple Carplay for us and did a comparison of the complex hybrid systems between an Accord vs Camry. Mark suggested a good price on window tint. Amazing a guy who becomes a friend who happens to sell Hondas. Mark provided the best and most responsive personal service beyond any salesman I have found in Western Washington. I think Mark also plays first trumpet for Eastside Philharmonic!! More

Service Department is reliable and honest I had my car in to have the breaks repaired and while in the shop they damaged the bumper a little (a couple small scrapes that were barely noticeable I had my car in to have the breaks repaired and while in the shop they damaged the bumper a little (a couple small scrapes that were barely noticeable). They mentioned it right away, scheduled a time to have it repaired and painted at no cost, and loaned me a car at no cost. I was very impressed. That's high integrity! I've been having my car serviced here for 10 years and I've always felt them to be trustworthy and to do great work. I bought my car from them 10 years ago and will probably be buying a new car from them this year. More

Deceptive I purchased a used car here that I discovered they had picked up at auction, not a trade-in. They encouraged me to buy Mechanic engine repair insuranc I purchased a used car here that I discovered they had picked up at auction, not a trade-in. They encouraged me to buy Mechanic engine repair insurance, which I did. It increased my payment from $106 to $186. When I took the car in for its 90k oil change, etc, I learned the car was overdue for a timing belt and some other work: $2600. The Mechanic insurance doesn’t cover timing belts, etc, so it’s just a big rip-off, that most certainly Lynnwood Honda was aware of and didn’t disclose. Maybe they get a kick-back — who knows. I also discovered some repair done on the leather seats when big slashes appeared that hadn’t been there before, and some serious scratches that had been touched up. So, basically what we’ve all come to expect from car dealers — scammers. More
