Mark Baker is a fantastic sales person who completely puts you at ease and will change all the negative thoughts you might have about car sales people.  He has a no pressure way of allowing you to choose puts you at ease and will change all the negative thoughts you might have about car sales people.  He has a no pressure way of allowing you to choose your car, doesn't rush you and takes time to very patiently answer all of your questions.  I just finished leasing my 5th Honda Pilot from Mark and had another fantastic experience.  I feel the same way as I did before in my previous review. Mark seemed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of Honda details as he helped me to set up all the electronics in my car and answered all of my questions with patience.  I'm very picky and was concerned that everything was just right, so Mark helped me to walk around my new car inspect it.  He made sure I was happy with my new vehicle and that everything was up to my high standards. He also got me a great price on the trade for my old car.  Mark's excellent customer service doesn't end after you drive your car away, he called me later to make sure everything was okay and to see if I had any questions.  As I could see from a large notebook of compliments and cards from other happy customers, Mark is a great salesperson, experienced and honest.  I'm very happy with my entire experience at Lynnwood Honda, and we'll go back again as well as recommend Mark to my friends and family.  If you need a new or used car, and are tired of dealing with high pressure sales people and tricks at the front or back end of your car deal, go see Mark at Lynnwood Honda! I went to buy a new car an dont like pushy people so I didnt really want to go look around. Matthew wasnt pushy he was super nice an was like if you have any questions let me know. Service Department is reliable and honest I had my car in to have the breaks repaired and while in the shop they damaged the bumper a little (a couple small scrapes that were barely noticeable I had my car in to have the breaks repaired and while in the shop they damaged the bumper a little (a couple small scrapes that were barely noticeable). They mentioned it right away, scheduled a time to have it repaired and painted at no cost, and loaned me a car at no cost. I was very impressed. That's high integrity! I've been having my car serviced here for 10 years and I've always felt them to be trustworthy and to do great work. I bought my car from them 10 years ago and will probably be buying a new car from them this year. More

Deceptive I purchased a used car here that I discovered they had picked up at auction, not a trade-in. They encouraged me to buy Mechanic engine repair insuranc I purchased a used car here that I discovered they had picked up at auction, not a trade-in. They encouraged me to buy Mechanic engine repair insurance, which I did. It increased my payment from $106 to $186. When I took the car in for its 90k oil change, etc, I learned the car was overdue for a timing belt and some other work: $2600. The Mechanic insurance doesn’t cover timing belts, etc, so it’s just a big rip-off, that most certainly Lynnwood Honda was aware of and didn’t disclose. Maybe they get a kick-back — who knows. I also discovered some repair done on the leather seats when big slashes appeared that hadn’t been there before, and some serious scratches that had been touched up. So, basically what we’ve all come to expect from car dealers — scammers. More

Three dealerships in Washington sold the black on black honda touring hybrid. I spoke to representatives from all three of the dealerships. One thing I'd like to say before going further is that a nightmare for a doctor is probably to treat another doctor or someone who is always on web md. Well I have been in the car business for a while so I knew what to look for. This is a nightmare for car salesman as well as doctors, but Troy handled the situation with total professionalism and it did not seem to affect him at all. So I spoke to representatives from all three dealerships and two of them were extremely pushy or deflecting my questions. Troy Malchow was totally TRANSPARENT in his answers and what he could not answer he found out the answer immediately for me and got back to me so quickly it was like I was standing there. What impressed me the most is that he emailed me the next day to check on my health and I wasn't even the one that purchased the vehicle. The point of this review is that sometimes it is worth driving the extra hour for better customer service and to know my friend will be taken care of after he has bought his vehicle and not forgotten about.
