Over a period of weeks, Mark Baker answered all my questions, never rushed me, gave me all the time I needed, and basically acted more like a friendly advocate than sales person. That's the mark of a great sales person--establishing a relationship with the customer comes first and the sale will naturally follow when the time is right. More
