My sales man helped me out so very much. He stayed within my price range for a used car, and helped me really find a good deal. I had to walk to the dealership because my car had broken down the week prior a my price range for a used car, and helped me really find a good deal. He made me laugh, feel comfortable and best of all I didn't feel like a was getting ripped off or taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge about cars. I came to Lynnwood Honda in the first place because a family friend works their and he spoke very highly of the dealership. I gave them a call and got in touch with Internet Manager Micheal Grecco who was very professional on the phone and not to pushy. I went in the next day and they had a Ridgeline that fit my needs perfectly. I guess the Asst.Manager of the place helped out in the deal and the owner even shot out an e-mail saying to take care of me. I ended up trading in two of my family cars and made a sweet deal with no hassle. Micheal Grecco did everything he could to make my family feel welcome during the whole transaction. I would recommend him to all my friends and family in the future.I have a 7 year old son and the other day we were on the way to baseball practice and he yelled out to me that he loves rolling with his dad in the new Ridgeline. The sales, office and finance staff are experienced and friendly; Bill Blair was extremely professional as a salesperson who never made me feel pressured to buy, Danny gladly stepped in to arrange a test drive while Bill was out of the office, and Christine in the finance department worked very hard to obtain the best possible finance rate for me. If you are considering buying a used vehicle, you will find those at Lynnwood Honda to be in outstanding condition with free CarFax reports posted on the dealer web site. You may print your own NADA or KBB trade-in and retail values from the computer right in the showroom lobby. No 'dealer-only' blue book values or strong arm sales tactics. This dealership had so much class I felt like I was purchasing an $80,0000 vehicle. Top notch class act at Lynnwood Honda. FINALLY, a salesman and dealership that "get's it". They understand what the consumer desires and expects. My wife and I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast so we were getting ready to raid the snack machine while Rick was working on our paperwork. Rick immediately stopped what he was doing and brought us a tasty plate lunch of chicken and fries and a drink. My wife an I were totally amazed of Rick Foncea's attention to detail, geniune caring, sincere and professional. (no act or B.S.) HINT.... To make the process even smoother do like we did and go through COSTCO. Lynnwodd Honda works with COSTCO and has a good working relationship with them. Just get an authorization number from COSTCO and be sure to bring your costco card to Rick and he'll take care of the rest. BOTTOM LINE..... My wife and I hate buying new cars, but from the moment we walked onto the Lynnwood Honda lot, something was different. She was looking to trade in her 10 year Subaru Forester for a small sedan with good mileage. We had test driven Subaru Imprezas, the Chevy Cruz, and she had driven a Kia Optima. The last car she was going to look at was a Honda Fix. As soon as we saw it, she realized it was smaller than she wanted. At that point the salesman, Lawrence walked up. He introduced himself and asked if he could help. He was not pushy and he was not obnoxious.He was also very knowledgable about all of the cars. He advised us to look at Civics. We did and test drove one with him. My wife really liked it but was not quite sure (she takes time to make up her mind). He gave us his card and told us to think about it. He would be there the next day. That evening we discussed the cars and she decided she wanted the Civic. The next day, we returned to the lot and Lawrence came out to see us. He remembered our names and asked if we had decided on a car. When we told him we were very interested in the Civic we had driven the day before, he got us the key, told us to take it out again, take our time, and discuss it. He did not go with us. While we were driving it, Kathy decided she wanted a Civic, but with more bells and whistles(leather seats, sunroof, etc), so when we got back to the lot, we asked Lawrence what they had and told him roughly how much we were willing to spend. They had a salesman's demo that was exactly what we wanted and he showed it to us. I am a very hard negotiator and though it took us over one hour to agree on a price, I felt that both parties got a fair deal. In over 30 years of negotiating and buying new cars for myself and friends, I have never had such a pleasant experience. Since we moved before our CRV 4WD arr contacted Lynnwood Honda and Mark responded quickly. We painlessly agreed on a model, price, and delivery date. Since we moved before our CRV 4WD arrived, Mark accommodated us 'til it was delivered (major kudos!!). Mark was very easy to work with and he introduced me to the friendly staff at Lynnwood Honda. Relocating was very stressfull for my wife and twin daughters but buying our new CRV from Mark and Lynnwood Honda was defintely NOT. More
We just bought another car from Lynnwood Honda. We bought both cars from Mike Grecco, the internet sales manager. We bought our 1st used car from him in 5/08, were very happy with our purchase, and wanted to both cars from Mike Grecco, the internet sales manager. He provided all the information we needed before we first visited the dealership to view the car including a video of the car. We came back later and test drove the car with our daughter. The car was very clean even though it was 7 years old - 2004 Toyota Solara. I've also had my 2006 Honda Accord serviced at Lynnwood Honda. We don't mind driving the extra miles to this dealership for service. They do a great job on our vehicle, and their facility, which includes a great waiting lounge, is very accommodating while we wait. My daughter loves her new used car! More
