I did my research and wanted to trade in my 2008 Honda Accord in order to get a brand new 2012 Honda CRV. I knew what my trade in was worth and how much I wanted my monthly payments to be. Let me just say this was by far the BEST experience I have ever had buying a new car and I would HIGHLY recommend Mike to anyone looking for a new car! From the moment I walked in Mike treated me like family, no pressure at all. I told him what I was looking for and he didn't give me the run around, he found the car I wanted and made the numbers work for me. I am very happy with my beautiful new car! Ric was awesome and did a great job of explaining everything to us with great patience and attention to detail. Once we locked on a vehicle and began the finance process, Tami took over and did an amazing job as well. She was great to work with and provided us with a ton of helpful information without pressuring us while still helping us understand the pros and cons of our decision. Ric and Tami both stayed well after closing to help close our deal and never once made us feel bad or rushed.
