We were prepared for the same old salesman's pitch and haggling that we were accustomed to since we had not purchased a new vehicle in almost a decade. Needless to say, we were astonished by the quality of service and attention that we received the minute we entered the dealership and met the manager Gabe, who had a big smile plastered on his face the entire day. After a bit of small talk, we told Gabe what we were looking for in a new car. Gabe said he would get one of his sales representatives to assist us. Gabe was gone for a about two minutes before returning with a chipper looking salesman beside him. The salesman introduced himself as Lars. At the end of the day, Lars and Gabe had made a formidable team. They advised us that we could test drive any vehicle we wanted because they were going to be there all day. Lars asked our permission to allow him to, "go totally nerd mode!" With our permission in hand, Lars got giddy and went into great details about the specs and updated features of the Accord we ultimately purchased. It was a pleasure watching someone so passionate about their job share their knowledge through pure enthusiasm for a car. After making a final decision on the car that I wanted to drive for the next ten years, we went back inside to do the paperwork. From my prior experience buying a car, I knew this was the moment when true personalities reveal them selves and the shenanigans begin regarding the actual selling price. I was prepared after doing hours of research online and new what the market price was. Lars left for a few minutes and returned with a can of coke a cola for my husband and bottled water for me. We discussed the numbers briefly advising him about the features we wanted in the car. Lars left for a few minutes to speak with Gabe. During his absence another salesman walked through the dealership giving us butter scotch macadamia cookies that his wife had baked. My husband took one, I politely refused but had half of my husbands cookie. And yes, it was good! The atmosphere in the dealership felt very relaxed with folks discussing family and fantasy football as much as cars. Lars came back with the same ole smile he wore all day and showed us the cost Lynnwood Honda would offer us on our new car. I was Floored with excitement. I literally closed my mouth and smiled warmly inside. No haggling, no pressure to buy an overly expensive car outside our budget, nothing but happy. The sale price was way better than I had expected and I couldn't have been more elated. While we waited for the paperwork to finalize, I looked throughout the dealership and saw how busy it was. Just about every salesperson was busy helping someone out. Although it was noticeably busy, the business didn't feel chaotic and everyone that I saw wore a big smile on their face, but non bigger than mine. More

Since we just sold our Honda Ridgeline, we thou We decided to look into the Costco Auto purchase program and Honda Lynnwood came up as a participant. Since we just sold our Honda Ridgeline, we thought why not look at a 4 door Honda. We needed to scale down from a car, a truck and a scooter to a car and a scooter. Di at Lynnwood Honda was very nice to deal with. And with the program from Costco there is no dickering or hard sell from the dealership. This is something both my husband and I hate (and I am the daughter of an office furniture salesman). Our car had everything we were looking for and the dealership even gave us a reasonable trade in price for our BMW Z3 (so sad to have to give it us!). Timing was fast and they had us driving away in a couple of days with the car we wanted, in the color we wanted. Run, don't walk to Lynnwood Honda. And if you are a Costco member, all the better!!! More

Dealer Steve Deerhing approached me and spent the whole afternoon with me. We test drove a 2015 CRV nice car but it wasn't going work for me. So we went back on the lot and I found A used 2011 Suburu Outback. We took it for a test drive and went inside to talk. Needless to say I walked away with a new car. It was a very happy experience. More

I had a wonderful sales person who took me on a test drive and introduced the basics of the car. Next he gave me time to consider what color I wanted. Once I decided on the color, everything went smoothly from financing to driving the car off the lot with more practice and guidance from David L. The cream on the experience was working with Joe, David L, A. in finance, and lastly being rescued today after I made a phone call to Lynnwood Honda. I got in the car and could not turn it on and had a panic attack. After calling Lynnwood Honda, they tranferred me to Steve Deehring, who actually came to my house and taught me how to start my car the proper way. This is service. I highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and the wonderful employees that they have. Thanks for everything. More

"Geat Car Buying Experience" My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid from Lynnwood Honda, living in Spokane we were not sure how the process would play out. Wo My wife and I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord Hybrid from Lynnwood Honda, living in Spokane we were not sure how the process would play out. Working with Tom Park was a very comfortable and easy experience. All the details of the transaction were handled over the phone, Tom was very accomodating both on the phone and in person. We rented a car to drive over the weekend we purchased and Tom helped us by picking us up at the rental car return location. It was worth the drive as they had the model and color we were looking for. Tom answered all of our questions and was very patient and thorough in explaining the technology to us. We would definitely return to Lynnwood Honda and recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

That meant a lot to me as I have always felt pressure every time I visited a car lot. It made it easy for me to make the commitment to purchase and come back today to finalize the purchase. More
