Parts needed to be ordered so I had to leave my car. Very convenient shuttle service that took me home. Driver was professional. I called 2 days later, twice for an update. No one called. When I went to the service I was told the person working on my car went home sick, so it wasn’t going to be ready till the following day. Charles said someone would call me before 12pm on that day or he would call with an update. No one called. I got a text at 2:47pm stating my car was ready. Took my vehicle in to repair or replace sunroof. Was told there was a new sunroof person to work on them. Dropped it off Aug 3 .
