Living on the West Coast and trying to buy my son, who attends college in Virginia (Liberty U), a c Charles Beck and Lynchburg Mazda were OUTSTANDING! Living on the West Coast and trying to buy my son, who attends college in Virginia (Liberty U), a car seemed like a huge challenge. But, Charles Beck and Zach Huntington really facilitated the transaction. We chose the car (Jeep Patriot), agreed on a price, prepared the paperwork, including financing, registration, insurance - all on-line and via mail and email. I told my wife later that this was easier than buying a car in person. The dealership even arranged financing at an unbeatable rate. Above & beyond that, Charles and Lynchburg Mazda made the experience so special for our son, since my wife and I couldn't be there to share the moment. When my son went to pick up the car, it was gleaming, clean, shiny, with a special carpet waiting for him to get in the driver seat: AND they put a huge red bow on the hood! Wow! My son was overjoyed! They sent us pictures. That pleased my wife and me immensely. I am so grateful to Charles and Lynchburg Mazda for their top-tier professionalism and customer-friendliness.
