While I had a great experience purchasing the car, it has been a nightmare ever since. The service desk rarely answer phone calls and they hardly ever call you back if you leave a voicemail. It takes 5 to 6 calls over days or weeks before someone will answer the phone. I have had a transmission issue with my Jeep Compass since the month after I bought it and after a year and a half I still cannot get them to take care of the issues. I’ve taken it in three separate times, paid $600 for a part to be replaced and still having the same issues. Having my transmission repeatedly overheat for no reason, lock up and stop in the middle of the highway multiple times, and to simply be told that because they can’t replicate the error code they can’t do anything is infuriating. I don’t feel safe driving a car that I bought to have as a reliable vehicle. I was told that their warranty would be great and should take care of the transmission issues but have yet to see any of that. Almost year and a half later and I’m $600 poorer with a car that I don’t feel safe driving because the dealership I bought it from refuses to actually address the very serious and dangerous transmission issue. While the purchasing process was great it has been greatly overshadowed by the worst customer service I’ve ever interacted with. More

The entire process was easily the best purchasing experience that I've ever had with a dealership. John was very personable, highly professional and the entire dealership enjoyed showing us the vehicle - everyone seemed to have a story about the car or a reaction to it. Usually, the blizzard of paperwork and all of the business-end of a vehicle purchase is time-consuming, anxiety-inducing and just plain painful - but John and the team at Lynchburg Mazda made the entire process as seamless and painless as possible. We received a great deal on our vehicle and were out the door and on our way the same day. I've bought 20 or more cars over the years, and this was far and away the absolute best experience of them all. I would not hesitate in working with this dealership again. More

Auto service review I was told i didnt pasd inspection cause i needeed struts. Horrible Devin sold me my car and he was so rude! He was cocky and arrogant. It was a 2015 elantra. They listed it for 13k. We requested for the price to go lower since it was not new and a brand new one was listed for 15k. He stated they did not go down on prices and made their prices low just so they didn't have to go down. Lies. Literally had two friends go in with their spouse right after me a few weeks later and they had no issues with him. He treated them with respect and took in what they were looking for. He never helped me one bit. Did not explain anything to me or tell me anything about the car. We had to pry the information out of him. PLUS he brought their car price down 2k. It all makes since now though. It was my friend (who is a woman) and I (which I'm a woman too) he had no respect for us since we were women. None what so ever. From what i hear he told "friends" he shouldnt have to treat woman and men the same. Will not be going back to Lynchburg Mazda if they let someone like him represent them. Sorry but some woman like myself shouldn't have to have my husband there just so I can receive good service. NEVER AGAIN. More
