On 6/20/2017 I purchased 4 new Pirelli PZero xl bw 245/45/20 tires for my 2010 challenger with 28,328 miles from service writer Robb. Mounted and balanced total price $920.68 includes lifetime tire ro 245/45/20 tires for my 2010 challenger with 28,328 miles from service writer Robb. Mounted and balanced total price $920.68 includes lifetime tire rotation. 4/2018 I took my challenger out of winter storage to Lynch for the first tire rotation. Service manager Tanya Jeske, came up to me and said I needed 20 new lug nuts at $100.00 I said to Tanya with only 2000 miles on the tires which your technician #86 on the invoice installed in 2017. I asked Tanya I'd like to speak to the general manager she said I wouldn't be able to talk to him. Tanya, never gave me his name or phone number to contact when I asked. I took my challenger to a FORD tech to rotate and rebalanced the tires where some wheel weights fell off from Lynch's service center. I did purchase new lug nuts from a auto parts store for half the price at the dodge dealer. Which Lynch's tech #86 destroyed my original lug nuts. Stay away from the service center $$$$ More
