I scoured the internet for two months hunting the perfect ZL1 to play around with for my 50th birthday. Plus they continued to hound me into offers I really didn’t want in the first place. Their persistence DID NOT pay off for them. Then I found Lux Motors...totally different paradigm! Nick was just happy to talk cars. He was very friendly, professional, and caring. After I drove down from Indy to test drive this 750HP beast, he was willing to make any accommodation necessary for me to pick it up after the sale including picking me up at the airport if necessary. Ryan was accommodating as well. He worked with me trying to figure out the best rate and terms I could get with his lenders. He didn’t try to push anything on me as I went elsewhere to secure my own interests. And luckily for me he allowed me to put a down payment on my CC because I left my checkbook at home! Needless to say, the car could have been sold right from under me as I heard four others were asking about it during the four day closing process. This is the second time I have reached out to nick about buying a car. Buying a car sight unseen, from out of state, at the amount I just did in my transaction with nick and Lux motors was TERRIFYING. SERIOUSLY. But Nick and his team did everything they could to not only put my mind at ease but also to make me feel like my business mattered. That means a lot to a guy that is judging a salesman on how he handles a deal. I had been looking all over the country for this specific car, and dealt with 4-5 other dealers and salesman and they were not even close to being in the same league. Trust was built, product was extremely well presented to allow me to fly 1,000+ miles to pick up this car and drive it home the next day.
