Read the fine print! After having previously bought 4 vehicles from Luther Park Place and had been happy with the service, we go in to buy a certified used car. The car we were looking at sold over the vehicles from Luther Park Place and had been happy with the service, we go in to buy a certified used car. The car we were looking at sold over the weekend from what our salesman said and we buy a used BMW with no floor mats which he says he will order and at no cost. We discover over the next couple of days that the car hadn't even been detailed as good as one would expect. Weeks later our young salesman does not return calls and even the general manager doesn't call back when we ask, "Where are our floor mats?" It is beyond disappointing to get the old "bait and switch" routine worked on us. We thought we were buying a certified used car and turns out, it wasn't. Never got the floor mats and our car was not certified pre-owned as we find out there is more than one kind of "certified" from Chris in the service department. Lots more to our trials and tribulations, but we have never had such poor service anywhere. To bad they are the only place in town for us to get service. More
