We had been discussing the need for a new car for quite some time. Our 2000 Passat had almost 180,000 miles on it and had been a great car for us, but we are facing a lot of long road trips to visit famil some time. We had been reading about the 2011 Jetta and found some mixed reviews, but after seeing one and driving one, we realized that with the options we wanted, it would not be a step down from the Passat. We decided on a Thursday night to buy the new Jetta but the right combo of color and options wasn't available at Park Place. One was found in the Twin Cities area and we were able to pick it up in Rochester on Saturday. There was a problem with wind noise from a defective sunroof seal, but they got it serviced on Monday along with an application of 3M Clear Shield and we were able to hit the road for a trip to Pittsburgh that same day. They even "borrowed" a new seal from a Jetta on their lot to get the repair done so we didn't have to change our trip plans. The Jetta did great on the trip and we're very happy with our purchase. We really felt everyone (Corey, Andy, Rob, and the service department) went the extra mile with us. We have always been happy with our service work at Park Place and now we can say the same for the sales staff. This is a class operation! More
We traded in a Kia Sorento and purchased a new one. We have been so pleased with our Sorento that we would not have anything but... We feel it is a great vehicle. This time we had Karen Klann for our sales person and she was very understanding of our needs. And very helpful. Rob the guy that does the financing is an awsome person.. He has always been able to finance us. We are very pleased with our new 2011 Kia Sorento. A few changes have been made to better the vehicle.. One thing we did notice is the tires could have been a little better quality. But the car is fantastic, thats why we got another. Thank you so very much. Kathy and Larry Iverson. More

Eric Jensen is great, I actually called the dealership I think a couple weeks before, but then thought I had found a better deal somewhere else. (Or actually passed the phone off to him since I live in TX)<br><br>They put up with me canceling my deposit then changing my mind again after yet another local deal turned out to be a flooded car.<br><br>Anyways we went half on shipping and they went ahead and did the 70,000 mile service for me before I get the car.<br><br>Eric and Amy in finance have been most helpful.<br> More
