The sales person Karen really knew her stuff, and took her time with us. She was friendly, efficient, did not try to show us stuff outside our price range, and when there was something that could be inte her time with us. I had to wait a long time for my Audi Q5 due to long line ups, but it was great because I was allowed to make changes to my order as the wait continued. It was good service, and Karen was great about going over all the details of the car - there are too many cool features!! Dan was great about sorting out the finances, and in fact I got a better financing deal then what I was being offered from the banks. Lastly, because of this, I was able to take the car that same day home. Which is beyond awesome because I had been without a car in this city for 3 months. What a wonderful way to end a busy stressful week!!! Would highly recommend the dealership to others interested. More
