I wasn't sure what I wanted or what was right for my fiance and I, so I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that I needed some new wheels pronto. That was when we were introduced to James Taylor. Not only does he share a name with a musical genius but he is quite the genius when it comes explaining how to look for a car to a first time car buyer. He didn't just go through the motions. He actually cared about what we were going through. He even mapped out the best option for my fiance and I after analyzing where we were in life and where we were with our budget. One of the things that I took away from the experience was that he did not rush us. He took the time to go through all of the details for every car that we looked at. Overall we had a fabulous experience at Park Place Motor Cars. If I had to pick my top highlights of the experience, they would be: Trustworthy, Honest and Funny Salesman, Cleanliness of the dealership, Ample amount of inventory to look through and I was smiling the entire time I was there, and our new 2013 Jetta Sportwagon!! More
I had purchased my car in the dark, and picked it up after dark. So, in the daylight, I noticed a few things that could have been better. Just picked up my new 2013 335i xDrive yesterday, couldn't be happier! Sam is a very nice gentleman and fun to do business with. I have respect for the Luther organization having had past experience with both management and other dealerships. He was friendly and seemed to have a sensitivity to my interests and needs rather than coming across as trying to sell a car at all cost. Dan Mobley made me a fair offer on my potential trade in and explained the reasons for the price he was able to offer. Dan in the finance department did a good job explaining the options to me and offering the service options that were available. He made suggestions as to what I might want - based on my needs rather than hard sell for all options available. His research and knowledge of the finance market place was good and I believe he found a more than fair and competitive interest rate for my loan. He took the extra effort to reduce the rate even after he had a reasonable one. I would return for another purchase and may even make the effort to use your service department even though I live 90 miles from your store. I come to Rochester at least on an annual basis and may try to arrange clinic and service appointments at the same time. More

I'm from Iowa and the service I received at Park Place Motors in Rochester was completely unmatched by anything I would have received in my home state. There was a chip in the windshield that I didn't notice that James actually pointed out, and instead of just getting it filled, he assured me he would have the entire thing replaced for free! I have recommended your dealership to everyone that I have spoken with about my car, and will continue to do so. The hour and a half drive is 100% worth it. Thank you James, and thank you Park Place for making my purchase easy and quick while still maintaining the best customer service I've ever received! I'll definitely be visiting you for my next purchase! More

I was greeted by AJ immediately upon entering the service garage. AJ took charge after I explained that I 1:30 appointment for warranty work on our company Kia. He directed me to the waiting area where I was able to sit in comfort and watch election coverage (blech!). I enjoyed a great cup of coffee and the work was completed well ahead of the expected time.
