We brought our car in to Park Place Motors for it's first year/7500 mile service. This included an oil/filter change, tire rotation, and overall safety inspection of parts and fluids. Before servicing the vehicle, Kevin reviewed what was to be done and the probable time involved. "Would we wait or want a ride somewhere?" We chose to wait in the very clean and welcoming waiting area. Kevin even helped me get my cell phone paired with the Kia Rio 5's bluetooth system. i had found the used car we bought at Park Place by an internet search. i was looking for a pretty specific type of vehicle and Park Place had one with low miles at a fair price. He told us everything we needed to know, , handled every question, and we took the car out ourselves ona cold day for a long evaluation. We liked the car and signed the deal. as of this writing, we are waiting for the car. Park Place is going to deliver it to our home 75 miles from Rochester. And only then when they have had a chance to "detail" the car in and out for us. we did not need the car right away and truly appreciate the extra effort of saving us a 150 mile round trip. We financed the car at Park Place also after putting $1000 down. Dan the Finance guy helped us find the lowest interest rate posssible. the whole experience so far has been A +. I am impressed. More

That was when we were introduced to James Taylor. Not only does he share a name with a musical genius but he is quite the genius when it comes explaining how to look for a car to a first time car buyer. He didn't just go through the motions. He actually cared about what we were going through. He even mapped out the best option for my fiance and I after analyzing where we were in life and where we were with our budget. One of the things that I took away from the experience was that he did not rush us. He took the time to go through all of the details for every car that we looked at. Overall we had a fabulous experience at Park Place Motor Cars. I had purchased my car in the dark, and picked it up after dark. So, in the daylight, I noticed a few things that could have been better. I have respect for the Luther organization having had past experience with both management and other dealerships. He was friendly and seemed to have a sensitivity to my interests and needs rather than coming across as trying to sell a car at all cost. Dan Mobley made me a fair offer on my potential trade in and explained the reasons for the price he was able to offer. Dan in the finance department did a good job explaining the options to me and offering the service options that were available. He made suggestions as to what I might want - based on my needs rather than hard sell for all options available. His research and knowledge of the finance market place was good and I believe he found a more than fair and competitive interest rate for my loan. He took the extra effort to reduce the rate even after he had a reasonable one. I would return for another purchase and may even make the effort to use your service department even though I live 90 miles from your store. I come to Rochester at least on an annual basis and may try to arrange clinic and service appointments at the same time. More

I'm from Iowa and the service I received at Park Place Motors in Rochester was completely unmatched by anything I would have received in my home state. There was a chip in the windshield that I didn't notice that James actually pointed out, and instead of just getting it filled, he assured me he would have the entire thing replaced for free! I have recommended your dealership to everyone that I have spoken with about my car, and will continue to do so. The hour and a half drive is 100% worth it. Thank you James, and thank you Park Place for making my purchase easy and quick while still maintaining the best customer service I've ever received!
