We decided to test drive all o My husband and I recently drove looking around for new cars and the Kia Optima, Sorento and Ford Tarus caught our eyes. We decided to test drive all of these. All three of them were nice, the Optima ended up being a little cheaper than the Sorento so we weened that one out, and customer service won it for the Optima. The customer service at Ford was not what we wanted. They were so pushy and kept us super late figuring all these different numbers and the overall monthly price wouldn't have even been accurate after things were all said and done. Narcisa's customer service was great!! We do NOT like pushy sales people and she by FAR was not one of them. Thanks Narcisa, we LOVE our new car. It is our only car right now so we fight at who gets to drive it when, luckily I have to drive to work so I get it most. :) Thank you for the great experience as this was our very first time buying a brand new vehicle.
