Joshua does an amazing job in the Service Department. He went above and beyond to deliver my vehicle to me (an hour and a half away) at no charge when a mistake had been made and my car wasn't going to be finished when expected. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that they had completely detailed my car, as well. They have earned a new faithful service guest...which always has the potential to lead to sales guest in the future. More

The low pressure sales quality Jenna exhibited was comforting which is a total change from almost every other dealership salesman I have experienced. Jenna was all about listening to what I wanted in and from a car which ultimately lead me to purchase a KIA SOUL. She provided me with information about the car which swayed my decision to purchase a brand new beautiful black Soul. I am thankful to have worked with Jenna and in the future, I will definitely seek her out when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Jenna, thanks again for your assistance! More

I do a lot of my own service because I have the experience and knowledge, well that and I'm very fussy about my vehicles, and never have I come away with any issues or problems. Something that cannot be said for every dealer or service department. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right the first time. Very nice they wash and clean the car before you get it back also! Fantastic work from the whole team! More

I passed on getting my car completely fixed at Park Place because of the cost. It's an old car, VW parts are extremely expensive. I opted to purchase after market parts which for me was much more feasible, all things considered. None-the-less, working with Park Place was great! More

Even after we left we had a few issues with the vehicle and their customer service manager along with the repair services manager never hesitated to help us out. They sent people to pick up my vehicle, repair it, and deliver it back! TWICE!... plus they lent me a loaner car which I kind of got used to :) All in all our experience was GREAT!! and I highly recommend Park Place Motors to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

He found out exactly what we were looking for and helped us make our selection that fit our budget. He did not try and oversell his product. We received fair trade in prices for the two vehicles we traded in. Eric took his time explaining our new vehicle and all of its awesome features. He was very friendly and honest in his answers. Eric also ensured that if we weren't satisfied with any part of our experience, to simply tell him and he would make it right. Eric worked very hard for us the entire time at the dealership. It really felt like Eric was working for us with honesty and loyalty. I have full confidence that Eric took great care of me and I can always return to him with questions. He ensured me that he's going to be by my side the entire time I own this car and not just the day I buy it. I feel very confident in my purchase and confident in the choice of dealerships. I was just about to purchase a used Audi but my back started to act up and I had to undergo back surgery. Jenna stayed in touch with me during the recovery phase and when I was ready to restart the process she was eager to help. She offered to find some additional used cars, however due to Jenna's wonderful service I became more interested in purchasing a new Audi. Even though Jenna had put a lot of time into finding the right used car she was more than eager to help me with my questions and concerns about a new Audi! The process of the purchase was seamless and actually enjoyable. I am very pleased with Jenna and my new A-6!!!!! More

New Car purchase I have purchased many cars, so I feel I can give a unbiased opinion. Recently purchased a BMW 3 series. Had my previous BMW at the dealership for r I have purchased many cars, so I feel I can give a unbiased opinion. Recently purchased a BMW 3 series. Had my previous BMW at the dealership for repairs. My wife spotted a new car on the showroom floor and became interested in the car. Stood around for a good 10 minutes in front of another salesperson's desk. No acknowledgement, no hello, no can I help you? Finally, Ron came and introduced himself and the experience as follows with the good and the bad: 1. Good-Ron let us drive the car to where we wanted...shopping etc, as the dealership had our old car for service work. 2. Good-Fair price on trade in. New car was heavily discounted, so the trade in value was less compared to other dealerships, but the bottom line was a fair price. 3. Bad-the heavy sales pressure to buy extended warranty from a 3rd party. Duh!!! BMW has its own extended warranty that can be bought before the warranty expires. If you have a problem car, you can know that you need this...not on the day you purchase the car, and also dumb to buy it when it will not be used until 4 years later!!!!!!! Maybe the dealership needs better marketing skills of the BMW product?? 4. Bad. One of the sore spots with many BMW owners is the "walnut blast" needed to clean intake and exhaust valves on the direct injection motors. A question about this problem with the 328 compared to the 335 model, will it need to be done? (This is not covered under warranty unless a code appears on the service monitor. This is a $600 job that needs to be done at about 30k miles). No one ever heard of this in the sales force.....duh.....really...how well do you know your product?? 5. Bad...could not get an accurate quote for monthly payments. Had 4 different quotes, etc etc....a lot of mumble jumble....finally went to another source for financing away from the dealership. 6. Bad...and really BAD!!! Purchased the 3M protectant film for the vehicle at the purchase close. Wanted it done before picking the car up...but shop was busy....that is fine....but was told that I would be contacted on when the appt. would be to have this done. 3 weeks later, no calls... I call the dealership to complain....Was told "we will make it right".....was called about 30 minutes later by outside party to get the appt. But no follow up from the dealership to make sure the appt. was handled..... 7. Bad... After being promised a loaner when warranty work is done, and also for the 3M film install, Got the run around on this. Minnetonka and Motorwerks in the Minneapolis area do this no questions asked when a BMW warranty work is done!! Yes I have asked several days in advance. 8. Good..AJ, the BMW service manager is great to work with. He seems out of place being so good, and the rest of the experience is so bad. Bottom line.....They can brag about how they are different compared to the "Big" dealerships in the Twin City area, but to be honest, I would have been happy to pay extra to get a better purchase experience. When you purchase an Audi or BMW, you want a better experience compared to the Kia experience. More
