The service manager reviewed the problem with my 2014 Passat that I had told them about during the scheduling process. They asked if there was anything else they should look at. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone asked if they could get me coffee or a ride somewhere. Very courteous. They had to order replacement parts, so they set me up with a 2014 Passat loaner vehicle. My car was repaired within 36 hours. The receipt for the work had very specific documentation of the work performed and the parts replaced...ALL at no cost to me. This is a great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Fantastic service department. More
