Great experience When I went to Park Place, I wasn't sure if I wanted to stick with a sedan or move to one of Audi's CUV models. I also wasn't sure if I wanted new or certified pre-owned. Luckily, our Salesman was Paul Cushman who also lives in the same small town we do. Paul was very patient as I drove multiple Q5s and Q7s. He provided very personable service, was very attentive to my preferences and provided a great buying experience. At the day of the day, I traded my 2007 A6 for a 2016 Q5. Things were wonderful until I signed the paperwork. Promises that were made during the sale were not followed through on by the salesman. Very disappointing. We were introduced to Sam and he ma My fiance and I made the drive down from the Twin Cities to check out a VW TDI Beetle that we spotted on Cars.com. We were introduced to Sam and he made us feel comfortable right away--we even hit it off on a personal level, talking a bit about our travel experience, hobbies, etc. Sam was both professional and had a great personal touch at the same time, and was not pushy at all (I've found that this is a quality that is hard to find in salespeople). The last experience we had at a dealership in Minneapolis (not VW) was the worst, high pressure place I'd been to, and that experience convinced us we would never go back again. Sam was anything but that, in fact I wanted to come back just to talk with him. He knew what we wanted for a vehicle, and didn't try to sell us on something else. When it came time to sign the paperwork it was simple, easy, straightforward, and didn't take as long as I thought it would, and Sam even stayed 30min after closing on a Friday to get it all done. When I picked up the car, it was detailed with a full tank in it, and Sam was extremely thorough with going over all operations of the vehicle (my first VW, I wasn't too familiar with all of the fancy tech). I highly recommend Park Place Motors, and working with Mr. Sam Castelli. More
