Almin was amazing! Love my new BMW :) I had a wonderful experience buying my first BMW at Park Place. For 35 years I had been driving Saabs and Volvos. Looking for a new car I hadn't con I had a wonderful experience buying my first BMW at Park Place. For 35 years I had been driving Saabs and Volvos. Looking for a new car I hadn't considered BMW but my daughter suggested it so I stopped at Park Place on my way home from work to check it out. What an amazing experience! Almin Alisa was my informed and friendly sales person. He listened to what I was looking for and offered some options, including the 2105 BMW x1 that I ended up buying. I don't like being pushed - and Almin was supportive and NOT pushy, but so informed and enthusiastic. After going back and forth a bit I decided to come back to next day to see what they would do for a trade. Back from a test drive I was interested but still thought it was a bit over what I wanted to pay. Almin got his general manager, Brad Johnson, who figured out how to make it work for me. I wanted a little time to think about it and they were both great with no high pressure tactics - I ended up calling them an hour later and buying the car. I came in a couple of days later to pay - and again, a wonderful experience with Rob Benson. No pressure to buy anything I didn't need but a great presentation of the options. I ended up buying the extended service warranty to complement the 6 year, 100K mechanical warranty that came with the certified pre-owned status (thanks to Brad, who made that happen for me - the car was a loaner). I think it took 20 minutes tops. So easy and so different from my last car buying experience in MInneapolis where they wasted my time, checked my credit (I was paying cash and had told them about 20 times that I didn't want to finance the car) and generally infuriated me. The experience at Park PLace is what car buying should be. And to top it off - I live in the Twin Cities but work in Rochester - they actually delivered the car to my home! I would recommend Park Place to anyone, especially my fantastic sales person Almin. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly, looking forward to getting my service done there. And I love my new car :) More
