Almin Alisa handled my sale, he was knowledgable about the car. Rob Benson handled financing and was understanding and very helpful! No hidden add ons. The price online is what I paid! Most importantly I'd like to share what I I learned after the fact... For those of you that shop online as I did, don't waste your time! No pressure and a lot of patience, Sam Castelli was our sales consultant and he was AWESOME! He was patient and answered all our questions accurately. We went through used and new car options with NO PRESSURE to do anything. In the end, we walked out with exactly what we were looking for. Sam took us through the service department, walked through the drop off process if we needed service and gave us a ton of service deals. They are a one price dealer so don't expect to low ball. The days of car negotiation are done- the market is so competitive that pretty much everyone is a one price dealer. I recommend, recommend, recommend Sam and the dealership. More
