No pressure and a lot of patience, Sam Castelli was our sales consultant and he was AWESOME! He was patient and answered all our questions accurately. We went through used and new car options with NO PRESSURE to do anything. In the end, we walked out with exactly what we were looking for. Sam took us through the service department, walked through the drop off process if we needed service and gave us a ton of service deals. They are a one price dealer so don't expect to low ball. The days of car negotiation are done- the market is so competitive that pretty much everyone is a one price dealer. I recommend, recommend, recommend Sam and the dealership. More
