I was limited on the funds to spend on a vehicle. Based on the check amount from the Insurance comp. I had been searching all of Rochester looking for something that my daughter would like. Also one that I would feel good about. Most of the other lots I had visited did not seem to care that I was on their lot. I would have to search for a salesman, and then when they were found and after hearing what I wanted and the price range I was looking for their attitude changed to the worse. Not very good business savvy. But at Park Place that was very different. And to be honest I was not going to go here in the first place because of my last encounter there which was not good. But i had heard they had changed so I gave it a try. I'm glad I did. When I was on the lot Demetrius came out and it was quit clear he was interested in what I needed and the limits I was after . He went out of his way to help close the deal. A very professional and friendly salesman. That is a are quality these days. He has called several times since making sure I'm happy.
