Even though we said up front that we were just looking and researching, not buying, they both were generous with their time and allowed us to look at and test drive vehicles. When we settled on a make/model, a few weeks later, we came back to Park Place. Neither Frank nor Ryan were working. My only comment on the experience is that I thought there would be more of a search for what we thought we were looking for rather than within just the local inventory. We did not have an immediate need for a vehicle so thought the sales staff would take the time to make a wider search than just from the lot.
