Customer Service Concerns I’ve bought four Audi cars from a Luther dealership, including three from Luther Park Place Motors. Three of the four times, I had a very good experie I’ve bought four Audi cars from a Luther dealership, including three from Luther Park Place Motors. Three of the four times, I had a very good experience working with dealership staff. My most recent experience was not so pleasant. Although I ultimately ended up with the car I wanted, it took three attempts before I was able to take delivery at the price agreed when the Sales Manager and I negotiated the sale. The dealership was considerate in holding my car until I returned from a trip, but I felt I was “putting out” some of the staff when it came to getting help in learning about different features of the car. Overall, I felt that my thoughts and opinions were discounted somewhat by some of the dealership staff. At my age, I might not buy another new car. If I do, I’d like it to be an Audi because they are good cars that meet my needs very well. Based on my recent experience, though, I’m leery of buying another car from Luther Park Place Motors. In fact, my experience was such that I was concerned that replying negatively to this request for feedback might affect the service I get in the future. More

Stellar! On February 20th, 2017 I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe at Luther Park Place Motor Cars in Rochester, MN. This is a high end dealership and the On February 20th, 2017 I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe at Luther Park Place Motor Cars in Rochester, MN. This is a high end dealership and the attention, time, and respect given to me for the purchase of my used car was of no less caliber. The salesman Almin Alisa attended to my initial questions about this vehicle over the phone before the dealership even opened, immediately sending me a thorough report of the vehicle's inspection and worked performed when it was traded in to them, and sent me extra photos I requested despite the fact that he had to do so in the rain. I live in Dubuque, IA and was planning to car shop in Chicago that day, but was so impressed I changed my plans. Almin had this car ready for a test drive upon my arrival and took me on a thorough one, subsequently answering all of the questions I had. When he was unable to answer a question, he found someone with that knowledge quickly. I really appreciated this humility and willingness. The purchasing process I went through with him was smooth as silk. This car was priced very competitively and a great deal was struck. A great symbol of the quality of this dealership is that the vehicle I purchased had a small chip in the windshield upon trade in, and they went ahead and replaced the entire windshield. I felt assured that I was buying exactly what was described to me. All possible wear and tear items were addressed as such. Robert Benson walked me through the purchasing process with great friendliness, knowledge, and efficiency. Driving home that evening I noticed that the compass located on the rear view mirror was not working. Service Manager Ken Lentz took care of this issue in an outstanding way. I did not have to drive back up to Rochester to have it repaired. Ken contacted my local Honda dealership and arranged for a simple component to be replaced right there, and took care off all related business without me having to lift a finger. The warranties that came with the purchase of a 6 year old vehicle I have never seen a precedent for. I could not be more happy, satisfied, or thrilled about this experience. Thank you gentlemen!!!
