Even though all the sales staff seemed busy when we arrived, he approached us immediately when we came in after looking at the car. Everything went smoothly because Ryan was very professional and easy to work with. We were treated like we were #1, even though the vehicle we were buying was far less than the new vehicles on the other side of the building. After things were final, we received a "Luther Advantage Card" to Holiday stations for discounts. I especially appreciate that this was not used as an incentive or gimmick to sell the car!! Every time we use this discount for gas to fill up the car, I think of this positive experience. This was a "run-around town" car for us, but our first stop to purchase our new car will be here.
