Found the truth impossible to tell. They gave me less for my trade then its value. They based this value on a final sell price that they lied about twice. After talking to them about They gave me less for my trade then its value. They based this value on a final sell price that they lied about twice. After talking to them about this they refunded me $500 (hush money) and then they lied about when the money was gonna be sent to me and tried to blame the USPS. Then I was sent some coffee cups to try to fix that. A comedy of errors at best. More

A Service Centered Experience I stopped into Park Place per a recommendation from a friend, I would not have stopped there otherwise because I didn't expect them to have the variet I stopped into Park Place per a recommendation from a friend, I would not have stopped there otherwise because I didn't expect them to have the variety of vehicles that that they do. They no longer had the vehicle the friend had recommended. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Aaron and Tony helped me find exactly that. They both made sure that I was comfortable not only with the vehicle but with the payments. Aaron made sure that all of my questions were answered in regards to the vehicle itself. There were a lot of 'fancy' features that I was unsure of how to work, he made sure that I was comfortable with them and took the time to set things up for me. Tony was also great to work with, he went over the warranty options and made sure that I got everything that I wanted even within my price range. While I was waiting inside the dealership all of the staff was very friendly and I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle. Aaron even followed me to drop off my other vehicle afterwards. I would definitely recommend both Aaron and Tony to my friends and family. I am very happy that they were recommended to me. More

Great Experience! Went down to look at a used car we found online. Met w/ Aaron Bianchi who took care of us the whole time.
