I was not impressed with that. He seemed to have a xxxx attitude created from living on his daddy’s money. I’d give home a pay cut. Paul on the other hand was awesome. Overall good purchase with good value and nice salesperson Almin. Initial communication and scheduling test drive was great. But extremely frustrating that car could not be purchased on initial v salesperson Almin. Initial communication and scheduling test drive was great. But extremely frustrating that car could not be purchased on initial visit despite being offered for sale as mechanic hadn’t “signed off” requiring another visit from out of state to complete the purchase (but which still had to happen within the week so it don’t go into the next month, for some reason, requiring me to take time off work). Was also told the engine bay would be detailed (one of the reasons we had to wait another 3 days) which it wasn’t in the end. Then despite mounting my transferred plates on the car they incorrectly applied for and charged for new plates which I now have to try to get cancelled and refunded, and was charged (subsequently refunded) a lien fee despite there being no lien. Probably minor issues to most but time is valuable and what could have been an absolutely stellar purchase (needed a car in a hurry over a holiday and discovered online and viewed and attempted to purchase the next day), now has become a hassle and problem; it took 2 trips to the dealership, and now have to deal unnecessarily with the DMV to try to get refunds due to their mistake. Until I discovered this on finally receiving the title I have been driving the car with plates unknowingly still registered to my old vehicle which could have caused trouble with law enforcement. It’s a pity a dealership that does this multiple times a day can’t get something simple right even despite questioning the finance manger Tony during the final checkout process (aka hard sell for extras - and which took forever), and is disrespectful to their customers. Hopefully they pay better attention to detail in other areas. More

Sergei knows what he is doing with sales and has a bright future ahead of himself in it. I plan on coming back here in the future if I need another car again. The whole time they did the best to accommodate us and our circumstances. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with the process and everyone was extremely caring. I will never go to another dealership if they have what I’m looking for. I will recommend Park Place and Sergei to every single person I know looking for a vehicle.
