Outstanding. Very helpful. Extra mile service Jeff Bradshaw looked up several different tires for my Volkswagen Tiguan. It was really nice to drive into the clean service area to drop off the car. It was also nice to pick it up with new tires and a fresh car wash. Service department is ok but sales and the rest of the dealership sucks! Oh and if you own a BMW and you need to have it in for service and your not 21 they won’t give you a loaner even if your paying for dealership sucks! Service was outstanding. We live in La Crosse and were told when we purchased our new vehicle that they had a service to come pick up our vehicle, take it back to Rochester, service it and then drop back told when we purchased our new vehicle that they had a service to come pick up our vehicle, take it back to Rochester, service it and then drop back off. That never happened and when we questioned this they said they no longer offer this. The service dept (Josh) are truly great so I won’t give a negative review on them. We were foolish to believe what we were told when we purchased the vehicle and because of this we will not purchase at this dealership again. More
