We bought a used car with a 30 day warranty which, unfortunately, developed a mechanical problem at 40 days. Brought my 2013 JSW TDI in due to an issue with surging while cruising. 88klicks on the odometer, a year ago VW replaced the injectors, after a similar problem. Our visit was terrible. The sales person we had was arrogant, rude and very disrespectful. We will never return. He used offensive language and had better things to do then sell us a vehicle. At one point I thought he was talking to me.. he was actually on FaceTime with some girl asking if she was coming over and telling her ‘she looked good’ we had been misdirected by another employee prior to going to the dealership and he refused to honor what was said. Calling his co-worker a ‘xxxxxx’. Terrible experience. More
