Amazing Experience Sean and Keelan (sp?) are extremely nice and want to make it work for the customer. Pleasure to work with them both. Hassle Free, Great Experience I had been saving up to buy my first new car for over a year, and when the time came I had already decided the Mazda 3 was the one I wanted. When I we I had been saving up to buy my first new car for over a year, and when the time came I had already decided the Mazda 3 was the one I wanted. When I went to the Mazda store in Lees Summit, I expected them to be pushy and invasive (like everyone expects salesmen to be), but I was totally blown away by my experience there. They actually LISTEN! I worked with Justin, I told him what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and he spent a couple hours with me explaining all the options available. I never once felt like I was being "sold" on the car; he was very professional and patient in answering all my dumb questions. In the end, I got everything I asked for. Everyone made it easy, nothing like all the horror stories my parents told me about buying cars from dealers. I plan on keeping my Mazda for a long time, but when I'm ready I'll definitely be going back to see Justin for my next one. More
Creepy! Went to LS Mazda to originally look at a used Mazda 3. I then decided to test drive a 2014. I wasn't planning on buying a new one, but there was only about $3000 difference between the new and used. They were nice enough to let me take the new one home for the night so I could see if I liked it and of course I fell in love! The next morning I brought it back and wanted to test drive a stick and they let me take it for the day. I consider myself a pretty savvy shopper and I like to shop around to make sure I am getting the best deal, so I called Northtown Mazda to see what they could do for me. They told me they could give me $1500 off a new car and $10,000 for my trade. LS Mazda could only give me $1149 off and $9500 for my trade. I then emailed LS Mazda and told them what Northown Mazda could do for me because I wanted to give them to opportunity to match the amount. When I returned to LS Mazda, Chip met me in the parking lot and handed my keys back and said they couldn't do the deal and proceeded to be a complete jerk! Said they are trying to run a business and I didn't know what that was like (I actually do, I run a business), they just cant give cars away, etc. I told him I understood but wanted to give them an opportunity to get the sale because I have to look out for ME and save ME money. Instead they lost a sale over $800. That was on a Friday and on Monday I come home to flowers in my mailbox from Chip at LS Mazda wanting to earn my business. Umm, can we say freaking creepy! Im sorry, but if you want to try and earn my business back you can first call and apologize for the way I was talked to not put flowers in my mailbox. That just means he went out of his way to find my house! I do not recommend LS Mazda for the simple fact that Chip was a jerk and a stalker! More
