We visited the dealership three times, test driving three different vehicles (two of them more than once). Keelan answered questions, offered additional information, was kind and never made us feel rushed. Sean clearly works hard to make this dealership one that serves customers well. He, too, is kind, helpful and thorough. Two years ago when we visited this location, the experience was very different (and not at all positive); we ended up going to Northtowne Mazda to purchase a new 2015 Mazda 3 Touring. Honestly, our thinking when we started this car-buying experience was to stop in Lee's Summit (where we live) merely to see if the Mazda CX-5 was a vehicle we were interested in (I was concerned it might be too small). It was the attention we received, and the price competitiveness (a very important factor), that resulted in our purchasing the vehicle there. It was a close call for us between the Honda CR-V and the Mazda CX-5; the helpful, no-pressure atmosphere (and, again, the competitive pricing, even though the Honda CR-V actually came in a few hundred dollars under the Mazda) at Eddy's Mazda was a big tipping point in our decision to go with the Mazda. That, plus we own one and are quite pleased with its performance. Keelan and Sean did everything they said they would do, and in a timely manner. No pressure, no wheeling and dealing, just good business. Michael in Financing was great to work with as well; he was also with us on one test drive as Keelan was with another customer. It seems to be a terrific team effort all around at Eddy's Mazda in Lee's Summit. I had to bring the new CX-5 in for a few minor things (because we purchased it on Memorial Day, when the parts and service department was closed), and Al and Carrie in the service department were very courteous and helpful. I would (and already have) highly recommend Eddy's Mazda to others looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Great experience I made my appointment 5 days in advance. For some reason my appointment didn't show up on the schedule, they still got me in and out in 30 minutes.. Quick oil change and tire rotation that fit my schedule I purchased a Mazda 6 from this dealership - great experience - back in January and was visiting for my first oil change and tire rotation. Service d I purchased a Mazda 6 from this dealership - great experience - back in January and was visiting for my first oil change and tire rotation. Service department was very friendly. I asked about a loaner car while making my appointment and was assured that my work would last no more than 45 minutes. The waiting area was nice and coffee and water were available. It was done in 35 minutes - great! Al explained the paperwork and overall car check form to me and my questions were answered. Sean the General Manager remembered me from my purchase and asked if I was enjoying my car. More
