I would like to edit this review. I was contacted by the sales manager at Luther Lee's Summit Sean(sp) Hanson whose customer service was outstanding. He took the time to truely list I was contacted by the sales manager at Luther Lee's Summit Sean(sp) Hanson whose customer service was outstanding. He took the time to truely listen to why I was frustrated and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He stated that his ultimate goal was to improve the customer service and experience at Luther's and if he continues to focus on this as he did with me I do believe he will greatly improve this dealership. I am changing my review rating to a 4 star based on Sean alone at this time and the belief that he will head this dealership in the right direction I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to write this. I started this process with Eddy's Mazda where I put down a deposit for a car in transit (2022 CX 5 Premium Plus). One of the reasons I bought from here is that they had a lifetime warranty that came with the purchase of the car. I was not made aware at any time that this dealership was selling to Luther's until the car came in and it was available for me to pick up. To my dismay I found that this dealership did not offer the warranty nor did they offer me anything to make up for this. I also then found out via text messages from my sales associate that my car did not come with the SD card for the navigation system and was told I would have to purchase that. I even asked my sales person via text how much that would cost and never received an answer. I know that at this time dealerships are in control but someday they will have a glut of cars again and will be begging for business. I feel that since I was never told of the sale of this dealership and the loss of the lifetime warranty that they should have at least thrown in the SD card for the navigation system. Also when the paperwork came in they called me and told me that I could not pick it up at the dealership I bought the car I would have to pick it up at the other dealership they bought which was 45 minutes away from me. I did demand they get the paperrwork to where I bought it but it took me getting upset to get that done. Once they have your money and/or loan you no longer mean anything. More

What started as a great buying experience, only due to salesman Mykal, turned quickly into the worst car buying experience I have EVER had. Went on a Monday to look at my first Mazda, specifically a CX-30 salesman Mykal, turned quickly into the worst car buying experience I have EVER had. Went on a Monday to look at my first Mazda, specifically a CX-30, and explained from the very beginning that I was selling my personal car on Saturday and would purchase their car that day. Mykal was great and let me clarify, he did NOTHING WRONG. He showed me the car and I told him that I would think about it overnight. I ended up calling Tuesday and letting him know that I wanted to start the buying process on a silver preferred package so when mine was sold everything would be ready to go. They told me I couldn’t order one(I preferred the Soul Red), which I found out from Mazdas own website was a lie. So Wednesday they call me with interest rate from Mazda and I knew they were holding 2 points. Asked for the bank call sheet and the manager got hateful about it telling me it was internal only, which is crap, but decided I was going to refinance anyways. Samantha told me I needed to put a $500 refundable deposit down to hold the vehicle until that Saturday at close, which I gladly did. I get a call the evening before I am supposed to pick it up that “the sales manager thinks it would be in the dealerships best interest to refund your deposit because we have someone who is here and wants your car.” At this point, I’m fuming mad. I was told by Samantha the deposit was good until Saturday at close, you’ve taken that $500 from me, and now the evening before I’m supposed to pick up the car literally in the morning you want to sell it to someone else. I explained this to them and they are starting to show the true Eddy’s colors at this point. So I allowed the deposit to be refunded, mind you it took almost a week, and went to another Mazda dealer that had the exact car I wanted, was more than willing to show me the call sheet and didn’t hold my 2 points on interest from the beginning, and actually treated me with respect and great customer service. Eddys should be ashamed of their staff, minus Mykal. They are liars and con artists. I will never, ever recommend them. More
Very clean, nice facility. It was obvious that customer service was job number one with all employees. My salesperson was Mykal Ross. He greeted me as soon as I arrived for my test drive appointment. He was very accommodating as I drove a couple of different vehicles and he was knowledgeable of his product. I very much appreciated his relaxed manner and zero pressure sales approach. I’d had bad experiences with downright rude and hateful salespersons at other auto manufacturers in the past. It was nice to be treated with respect. The negotiations were relaxed and I felt like my needs were seriously considered. I highly recommend Eddy’s and my salesperson Mykal Ross. P.S. The first new I car I ever bought was a 1984 Mazda GLC. Nice to be home again. More
