20,000 mile service on my Nissan Pathfinder I needed the 20,000 mile maintenance on my Nissan Pathfinder which included oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, etc. I was told when I made I needed the 20,000 mile maintenance on my Nissan Pathfinder which included oil change, tire rotation, brake fluid flush, etc. I was told when I made the appointment it would be approximately 1 1/2 hours for the service. I also had bought a new pair of wind shield wipers which I asked if they could install for me. They not only installed them for free but also were finished with everything right on time. Oh and it was washed as well. This dealership does customer service the right way. I live much closer to another Nissan dealership which I visited once, never again. I will always go back to Inver Grove Luther Nissan!! More

Total lack of communication Service took 5 hours to diagnose the problem. I had to contact them to find out what was going on. They had to keep it overnight by then and I had to Service took 5 hours to diagnose the problem. I had to contact them to find out what was going on. They had to keep it overnight by then and I had to contact THEM the next day at 4:00 pm to find out if the car was finished! Horrible communication. More
