Ridiculously expensive and sloppy Oil change, rotate tires and a required brake fluid change (for warranty) for $228?? That is insane. I went shopping afterwards and I noticed my hub Oil change, rotate tires and a required brake fluid change (for warranty) for $228?? That is insane. I went shopping afterwards and I noticed my hub cap cover was missing. Never had a problem with it staying on before but an hour after they rotate my tires now it falls off? I called them and the person I talked to said e would have the person that checked me in get a hold of me (hasn't yet) you would think they would just say our bad come in and we will replace it. Especially with what they charge for service. At least they rotate my tires the last time they charged me and never rotated them. Onoy reason I went there is to keep up with the warranty, never again. More

Accommodated unexpected need I arrived at the dealership because my low tire pressure light was on, and I had noticed what looked like a screw sticking into the front driver’s sid I arrived at the dealership because my low tire pressure light was on, and I had noticed what looked like a screw sticking into the front driver’s side tire. While at first I was told I could not squeeze in until 6:30pm (I arrived at 1/30pm, the service staff reviewed the schedule again, and was able to squeeze me in just before 5pm. I appreciated that they told me what the options would be before removing the screw from the tire (basically stating that the screw was not currently leaking, but would eventually, and if there was a puncture after removing the screw — a new tire would need to be purchased). Turned out there was no puncture, so I was able to leave that day only having to pay for the oil change I had also needed. I appreciated the honesty of not just replacing the tire regardless, but instead letting me know the old tire was actually okay. More
