Recalls were performed on time and the concierge pick up and drop off service was very convenient. 2 recalls didn't get performed due to parts that had to be ordered. Once at the dealership it was excellent. The only thing holding me back from a 5 is how long you have to wait to get in. When I made my appt I think the next able date was apx 2 months out. If you don’t see your customer in the waiting room, please check back in 5-10 min instead of assuming they left!
