I was not told about a concern found during the inspection. When I asked about it, I was brushed off as it not being a big deal. Ensure that the communication is effective from the techs to those who review paperwork so these aren’t missed in the future. More
I was very pleased with my sales person Dan Nguyen when I purchased a 2024 KIA Seltos. I was not satisfied with your service department. They were under staffed and unable to service my 2013 KIA Soul f purchased a 2024 KIA Seltos. I was not satisfied with your service department. Went in for recall issues. When I got home I found in the papers they gave me a sheet saying I needed to deal with some issues they found but never said anything to me about it when I was there. They seemed uninterested in actually helping me with my car issues and even less interested in my business. More
Poor customer service in shop. Not once but numerous times on visits. Informed them of an oil leak on brand new Telluride. Twice they told me everything was fine. Took it to a different shop and they showed me the oil pan was leaking and the gasket was bad. Took it back to dealership and then they finally fixed it. Dealership originally said it would be 2 months before they could get it in the shop. They said a manager would call me and didn’t hear anything for a week so I called back. Would never recommend this dealership and won’t return to purchase another vehicle. More
