Great Service but I had to wait for 2 weeks for an availability. This is the reason I go elsewhere for my regular service. It was 2 weeks between the time I requested I had to wait for 2 weeks for an availability. This is the reason I go elsewhere for my regular service. It was 2 weeks between the time I requested service and when there was an "available" time slot open. When I need oil changes, or tire rotations, Fury motors has drive up service and I'm out the door within 45 minutes. Why can't your dealership offer that? More

I love how organized everything is! Arrived, pulled right into the service center and two minutes later I was enjoying a cup of coffee while my Juke was serviced. Less than forty-five minutes later my car was ready to go. And had had a bath too. Stepped out the door, into my Juke and out of the dealership lot. I have owned cars for fifty years and always dreaded the service trips. With Luther Nissan I actually look forward to them!! More

They ordered the tire, exact replacement, replaced the tire, handled all the paper work reset the computer and all other things needed to get me back on the road in about 45 minutes. What can I say. Excellent Service I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing I phoned Luther Kia for service and Mike Wagner answered the phone. I told him that my new Soul!'s interior fan was only working on number 4, nothing else. We made an appointment to bring the car in. Well, I must say I am extremely impressed with Mike and the service I received. The repair only took about 30-40 min and he told me then that it was a blower motor resister and he had gone ahead and ordered the new part, when I originally phoned, so it would be there when I came in. Talk about fantastic service!! I didn't have to wait or come back another day. I am so thankful for Mike Wagner and the service I received. More

The Best Service I had my Kia in for the recall notice for the underbody coating. The day I had to bring my Kia into the dealership, my truck died on me before I was a I had my Kia in for the recall notice for the underbody coating. The day I had to bring my Kia into the dealership, my truck died on me before I was able to bring it in. Adam helped me schedule the time to add in to check my Kia's battery, alternator and sparks. I found out that it was a bad battery when Adam called back about my truck. The guys that worked on my truck where fast and efficient in repairing the underbody and replacing the battery. The price was OK and the service was friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you for your hard work. More

I suggest you ask your service people to be very careful with the amount of fragrance they wear as many people are allergic. For me, it was just really unpleasant. More
Excellent Customer Service I was very pleased with my service visit today. We had a terrible experience at Nissan in Maplewood and even though we ended up with a lease through t I was very pleased with my service visit today. We had a terrible experience at Nissan in Maplewood and even though we ended up with a lease through them for various reasons that were out of our control, we did not want to continue with them for service and maintenance of our vehicle. Upon my arrival at Luther Nissan today Adam was friendly, curteous and greeted me by name. He noted that he couldn't find the VIN # in your system and asked where we leased through and why we were switching dealerships for service. I shared with him our experience. He was empathetic and he also offered the first sorry we've received from the entire Nissan family and believe me we reported up the chain our experience at Maplewood. It was very nice to finally hear sorry, even though he had absolutely nothing to do with our previous Nissan experience. Adam explained the recall procedure and upon request even had our car cleaned up for us. He was kind and helpful. I left extremely happy to know we have a place to service our vehicle that doesn't involve going back to Maplewood. When it comes time to decide what to do next with our lease, Luther will be who we consult. More
