Bitter cold and a flat tire - got immediate service Was expecting to go in for routine service but when I got to my car the front left tire was flat. If you are a women GO ELSEWHERE! I’ve been a customer of Luther Nissan Kia for the past 7-8 years, purchased a new Nissan Juke car from them in December 2016 always took my car to th I’ve been a customer of Luther Nissan Kia for the past 7-8 years, purchased a new Nissan Juke car from them in December 2016 always took my car to them for service, Oil changes and tire rotations, etc. Wednesday 11/8/2017 I dropped my car off for an oil change they called me to say my two front tires were bald and I needed to replace them. There were 20,000 miles on these tires they were the ones that came with the car 10 months ago. When I asked why were the rear tires like new and the front ones bald they said well I guess you didn’t rotate them enough I told them I only bring my car to you and when I brought it in today I said is it time to rotate my tires? and the gal who checked me and she said nope not this time, Adam the service tech who called me did offer to sell me new tires for the front said nothing about the rear tires needed to be replaced I kept asking why would tires on a 10-month-old car be bald after just 20,000 miles he kept saying the same thing over and over again not rotated enough now I wonder did they ever rotate the tires on this car? I left dealer and called the manager Craig he had left for the day so I left him a message the next morning at 9:30 I still hadn’t heard from him so I called him and within the first two minutes of the phone conversation he said to me I didn’t make the tires and they put cheaper tires on these new cars I reminded him you may not have made the tires but you’re dealer sure was happy to sell me the car with these tires on it with no mention that the tires were cheap when they sold car to me! Craig then said I would be happy to sell you new tires to that I said you’ve just lost my business any referrals and any of my future business. I went over to discount tire on Robert Street I strongly advise anyone needing tires to go there their work ethic, customer service & pricing were Bar superior to Luther Nissan Kia dealer, I was sold a better quality of tire with a better warranty free, tire rotation? free nail repair for the life of the tires and Discount tires talked to me about what kind of driving I did and made sure the tires they sold me were the right ones for me something the dealer never offered to do. Discount tires explain to me that on an all wheel drive car replacing two tires is a bad idea because they will wear uneven causing more tire issues something the dealer never mentioned when they were going to sell me just two tires. A little good customer service would have gone a long way in making this customer come back but now they’ve lost me forever. Big mistake to go to this Dealer. More

Great service. I just needed a new key and key fob for my sedona. I was able to get a same day appointment and they took care of it. I had checked with a few locks I just needed a new key and key fob for my sedona. I was able to get a same day appointment and they took care of it.
