I was very satisfied with the whole process. They had the car we wanted at an excellent price. When we were researching used cars online, Luther Kia gave you the CarMax service report, which was They had the car we wanted at an excellent price. When we were researching used cars online, Luther Kia gave you the CarMax service report, which was very helpful. Not every dealership does that. I also appreciated how the business manager laid out what was available for options for additional services, but did not use a high pressure sales tactic like we have experienced in the past at other dealerships. Highly recommend their knowledge and expertise on the car we were test driving. I found the right car with all the features I was looking for in a used car! More
