We had a great experience with Luther Nissan. We contacted the dealership over the Internet and were put in touch with "Big Luke" Horn. He answered all our questions in a very timely manner. We worked out the numbers over emails and went into the dealership on a Saturday to test drive the Rogue. The place was crazy busy but Luke made us feel like we were the most important people in the dealership! After the test drive we made a deal and were out the door after about an hour and a half. It was a very smooth transaction. Can't say enough about how friendly everyone at Luther Nissan is! We will definitely come back!!!! More

The service advisors have been great to work with but the service technicians have been less so. I've had my 2011 Kia Sportage in for service several times now at they are always 'not able to reproduce' the service technicians have been less so. The issue occurs every day for the past year and they won't take the time to resolve it. Very disappointing. I will not purchase another vehicle from Inver Grove Heights Luther and will avoid service there that's not covered under warranty. More
