I was surprised to find out that there is a afternoon drop off time. When I dropped off my car for service, I was greeted right away and my information was already in the system as I had an appointment. drop off time. I had requested a courtesy car, and thought I would have to ask about where to find out about getting it, and they had it all ready for me in the service department. I was told that I would be contacted to let me know about a problem I thought I had with the front suspension. With in a few hours, I was called and told what the problem was, and the service department had it ready to go the next morning. The prices were all up front, no surprises. When I arrived to drop off the courtesy car and pick up my car, it was quick and easy. The price of the total repairs was far under what I thought it was going to be. I was told when making the appointment that it would be difficult to know if a few other parts would need to be replaced or not, and so when I found out that they didn't, I was quite pleased. I will definitely drive out of my way to go to Luther Kia in Inver Grove Heights! More

They are a high volume dealer and have been very busy both times we've visited. Each time the financing and auto detailing of the new purchased vehicle took a very long time. When it came to the "financial" end of things, Michael Gittins was very helpful in explaining everything, and it all went very smoothly. My vehicle is a 2012 Nissan Altima and in excellent condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower condition with low miles (second vehicle purchased from Luther Nissan). I was disappointed when it was discovered there was "rail dust" on the lower half and rear of the vehicle. I contact Greg and explained the situation. I stopped by the dealership so they could get photo's and was told the claim would be directed to Nissan under warranty. I was a little concerned when I was told "rail dust" usually is not covered under warranty but Greg did an excellent job in getting Nissan to cover it. The service department is always very friendly and helpful. Thankl you! More
