I was extremely impressed with John Pellerzi at Luther Nissan in Inver Grove. John was knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and offered solutions we didn't even know existed. We NEVER felt pressured to buy or that we were being "placed" into a vehicle - Luther Nissan was the only dealership in Inver Grove where we found this experience. We visited again on Saturday to purchase two new vehicles and John took his time and spent his morning and better part of the afternoon helping us find the right fit for vehicles for both my husband and I - style, needs, wants and financially. We never felt rushed and were very comfortable with the process. John was outstanding and I am so thankful we had the opportunity to work with him and his team to buy our new cars! Mike Gittins then assisted us with the financials and listened to our needs and made it happen for us (even with our young children with us at this point in his office!). I worked with JP in purchasing my new Rogue..... he was attentive to my initial internet inquiries and proved to be Mr Attentive when I finally came in to test drive the Rogue and start talking a deal. I worked with Natalie and she was extremely helpful. My wife and I came in not really knowing what we wanted. She helped explain all the different options we could get, and she walked us around the lot to wife and I came in not really knowing what we wanted. I went in the next day with my two young girls in a double stroller to finish the deal, and Natalie helped get them out of car seats and gave them balloons. Thanks to her I was able to do the paper work without having to stress about my girls. Great customer service, and I got a great deal on a Sorento.
