My car vibrates at 65 mph. After they did the tire balance, they told me that still vibrating at 70 or higher, and I need to do roadforce balance which they cannot do it since they don't have the mach balance, they told me that still vibrating at 70 or higher, and I need to do roadforce balance which they cannot do it since they don't have the machine. I asked them whether the rim is bent or not(I asked them because I googled on the internet, and it is said that somebody just ignored this problem), and they told me that rim is totally fine, and I just need to do roadforce balance. And today when I went to Tiresplus, they found out that the left rear rim is bent, and it would not help if I do roadforce balance before replacing the bent rim. My point is: if you didn't check the problem, or if you don't know how to check, don't mislead me. It's wasting my money and time. More

My Kia Rondo was stolen, then recovered a few days later. It soon thereafter developed a front-end rattle, which Luther Nissan Kia's mechanic diagnosed (properly) as worn out sway bar links. (As in, showin It soon thereafter developed a front-end rattle, which Luther Nissan Kia's mechanic diagnosed (properly) as worn out sway bar links. (As in, showing excessive wear from use, not just broken.) This is a known issue, and is coverable by the warranty. The service manager at this dealership, however, decided to claim it as damage caused by the car thief driving too hard, and somehow breaking the suspension. I asked the dealership to NOT do the work until I could get straight answers. I was told by my insurance adjuster of a state law that I can keep the parts from any repair (to inspect and verify their analysis). When I called the dealership back I was told, "Sorry, we made the repairs already and threw away the parts." They charged me for the repairs; despite arguing with both service managers, I had to make an insurance claim and pay the deductible myself. What a ripoff! The service department at this dealership is obviously dishonest - according to my adjuster, my independent mechanic, and my common sense. Avoid Luther Nissan Kia! More

I went in to buy a used Altima. Scott the sales person was very informative. Never was pressured to buy and everyone was easy going. Came back a week later and he showed me a new Altima at a great price was very informative. Never was pressured to buy and everyone was easy going.
