Everyone at Luther Nissan/Kia was very professional, patient, and helpful in my recent car purchase. I came in to look at new vehicles. I did not have a service appointment but I asked if I could use my free oil change while I was looking at new vehicles. Even though I did not have an appointment and service appointment but I asked if I could use my free oil change while I was looking at new vehicles. Even though I did not have an appointment and they were VERY busy, they got me in and changed my oil. This is why I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer and am working on purchasing my 3rd one!! In the day where customer service is severly lacking, Luther Nissan has wonderful customer service. Thank you for always taking care of me!! I came to purchase my first vehicle from them because they fixed a vehicle for me even though I purchased it at another Nissan dealership. My vehicle was under warranty and the other dealership in Rochester, Minnesota was being very difficult and unresponsive. I told Luther Nissan after they fixed my vehicle that because of their wonderful customer service that I would be purchasing my next vehicle from them. This is a relationship I plan to continue!!!!! I spent my first day of vehicle shopping just for vehicle types that I was interested in, did test drives and checked prices at different dealers. JP Liesenfeld at this dealer gave me the quote without any types that I was interested in, did test drives and checked prices at different dealers. JP Liesenfeld at this dealer gave me the quote without any hassle that made me come back to them the next day. Other dealers wanted to match after I told them their quoted prices were too high than i could get somewhere else, however I didn't like that way of hassle dealing. So I came back to this dealer the next day and bought a brand-new Nissan Murano from JP and Brian. They both were friendly and great customer service. JP is a little more informative about the vehicle and what available source that we may be interested, good follow-up on this vehicle purchase and my inquiry about some accessory . The whole process was great except there were couples of issues. It was the memorial holiday weekend, so they were very busy, I had a long wait, 2.5 hours to get into business office for paperwork. Eventually I got a vehicle around 9:30 PM, too dark to check out everything. When I arrived at home, and found out that there were couples of scratches on the hood which I could tell caused by detail clean works and the car wasn't very well clean both inside and outside. I was very disappointed. I stopped by very early the next morning and met Neil, a sale manager, he was able to exchange a different car for me, luckily, they had exact the same one. They expressed their apology for delivering that vehicle to me. Although there were some problem but overall I am happy with my purchase and satisfy on their customer service . Brent was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me in choosing between a 2011 Kia Sportage and Sorento. After several visits with Brent, I chose to purchase a 2012 Kia Sorento. JP helped with the fi in choosing between a 2011 Kia Sportage and Sorento. After several visits with Brent, I chose to purchase a 2012 Kia Sorento. JP helped with the final sale as Brent had family issues that day. The sales people communicated well during the process. The only disappointment I had with the experience was with having the majority of the paperwork done on one day and it still taking nearly four hours the next day to get access to finance. My suggestion would be to staff certain critical positions so it doesn't take so long to finalize a sale. For that reason, my father who is interested in a Kia Sorento after my purchase, will go to another dealership. That is unfortunate but speed of delivery does count towards the over-all purchasing experience. Other than that, thank you Brent and JP for a job well done. (P.s. you guys owe me $1.27 for shipping the second key -> it was considered a parcel since it was thicker than 1/4".) LOL More
I had stopped in to look at the New KIA Sportage, had spoken with Zack but not quite ready to buy. Zack had given me a Great amount of knowledge on this car, knows his information. He had called me back about a mounth later to inform me of the Memorial Day sale. My Wife and I had stopped in and had taken a Sportage for a test drive. Liked what it had to offer, Zack worked well with us regarding the sale. The day we returned to purchase the car was Very busy but Zack continued to keep us updated and informed on when we would be working with the Finance person. We never felt like we were stuck in the corner and forgotten about, Zack continued to update us on the progress. Will continue to look to this TEAM for sales. More

Great car purchase experience. I bought a car for less than $10k, but they treated me very well - not all salespeople will be this engaged over a relatively small sale. Mikhail answered my direct questions directly, which I appreciated. Once I agreed to buy the car, I had to wait for another employee to set up close (financing, etc). There was a wait of about 90 minutes...that was pretty frustrating, but not something they could really control at that point. In their defense, I came in to buy a car at 700pm. I had never dealt with Luther before -- they made a customer. The price for what I got was a little high -- but you're getting peace of mind. Typically, Luther does what a lot of other larger dealerships do - they dump off crappy trade ins on a 2nd tier dealer, only selling the better used models that have passed inspection. Luther has a 5-day free return as well. In that time, I had a guy inspect the vehicle, and he was impressed. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending Luther to family and friends. More
