JP was terrific to work with. I bought a 2010 KIA Rio, I have had 3 of 4 tires replaced since buying the car and the car only had 15,000 miles (now has 28,000)on it when I bought it. Tires were plugged for holes on the side walls. 2 were partially covered by warranty but I felt as though these tires should not have worn that fast and was a bit frustrated that I had to replace them this early. No other concerns with the car since but just recently I brought it in because of check engine light. An oil sensor was not working and it is covered under warranty. More

The service I experienced was exceptional. A lot of the "leg work" was done over the phone so I didn't have to spend as much time at the dealer. Adam Bistodeau is an awesome service advisor, he's right there greeting you and getting your vehicle in for service and remembers people and each vehicle they own, in my case he remember the other vehicle I there greeting you and getting your vehicle in for service and remembers people and each vehicle they own, in my case he remember the other vehicle I own. The competitive price match plus a $100 Luther gift card made this tire purchase a great deal. All staff were friendly and responsive. The only glitch was confusion on the part of service and parts personnel I talked to on the phone when setting up the service date. In addition to replacement of the tires, I also wanted to do replacement of a broken plastic cover over the rear wiper on my Sportage. The order writer over the phone took this to mean that I needed a new wiper. As a result the cover was not ordered and not in stock when I came in for the tire install. I will need to do a second trip. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. More
